  From the moment that I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and polite people at the desk. I never felt pressured or that awkward feeling when commission employees trying to win you over. Rashad was my salesman and he was attentive, honest, respectful and didn’t judge me and my situation. The sales manager Jonathan introduced himself and even though I know he works for the dealer he still had that way about him making you the customer feel like family. From there we went to the financial officer where I had the pleasure to meet Jerry. He was absolutely calm, soft spoken and very helpful, intelligent and informed me about the whole process with my best interest being his priority. All and all Mastria GMC in Raynham gave me the best quality of customer service and professional courtesy that everyone deserves.

  The Service Manager was rude, didn't inform me of any updates, and then they lied to me about the car being done the first time. When I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience, lack of communication, and poor treatment, they refused and I had to speak with the Manager's Manager. Then, that manager tried to sweep everything under the rug when I asked for an incident report just so the situation was documented saying she "didn't want to do that". Since I did get some refund in the end, all they just needed to give me a write up of what happened and I wouldn't have had to report them to the Attorney General and the BBB, but since they want to sweep this under the rug, I was left with no choice but to do the right thing and report it.

  Everyone does a great job from front desk to sales to the GM. I always have a great experience and have been buying cars from Battles since the early 2000’s. DJ & Janet are top notch. Thanks for everything.
