  The Service Manager was rude, didn't inform me of any updates, and then they lied to me about the car being done the first time. When I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience, lack of communication, and poor treatment, they refused and I had to speak with the Manager's Manager. Then, that manager tried to sweep everything under the rug when I asked for an incident report just so the situation was documented saying she "didn't want to do that". Since I did get some refund in the end, all they just needed to give me a write up of what happened and I wouldn't have had to report them to the Attorney General and the BBB, but since they want to sweep this under the rug, I was left with no choice but to do the right thing and report it.

  Everyone does a great job from front desk to sales to the GM. I always have a great experience and have been buying cars from Battles since the early 2000’s. DJ & Janet are top notch. Thanks for everything.

  I visited this dealership to check out some vehicles and get a feel for their inventory. The showroom was clean and the selection was decent, which was nice to see. However, the sales process felt a bit pushy for my taste, and I found myself needing more space to browse on my own without being constantly approached. It is a fine place to go if you know exactly what you are looking for, but be prepared for a very active sales team.
