Matt was fantastic, gave prompt and thoughtful evaluation of my car in addition to doing an oil change

Brought my car here for a fast tire leak (also bought tires here <1y ago). Was diagnosed a cracked rim, but tires are "perfectly fine". Cracked wheel was real, but tire was not fine - there was a large silver nail in the thread that was causing a major leak. This was missed, TWICE. I came back and paid the $38 to get the markings on the rim so I could order a new set, and the nail was missed AGAIN. Replaced all 4 rims elsewhere, and the tire leaked again. I ended up finding leak myself with soapy water, which should've been caught both times. They wouldn't remove the nail due to having wheel spacers. Fine, understood. When I brought up frustration to Dave (the manager) that nail had been missed, twice, he first said the leak was due to the cracked wheel. When I said it was the same tire and leak speed after new rims, he then said "don't know if it was there during the original visit". Same leak speed and same tire? Really? I can deal with a place being blunt or gruff, but I won't tolerate a lack of accountability, especially from a manager who shifts blame to employees instead of taking ownership and trying to remediate the situation instead as the face of the business. I would never come back here.

Anthony at the front desk was particularly nice and helpful—he even offered to stay late when he got news that it would take the team an extra bit of time to ensure that my vehicle was safe to drive. Thank you everyone!

Last month I was driving up to Boston for the Red Sox home opener at Fenway Park(Go Sox). Unfortunately I experienced a left rear tire failure as I was getting into Boston. I was in a bad place and started looking up tire shops. I found Sullivan Tire and they said they could handle the repair during my time in the city. Which they did. In the process they scratched the face of my wheel. I shrugged this off as it is a used vehicle and the previous owner played bumper cars with curbs previously(the wheels weren't pristine). I left town on Saturday and drove home. Once I got back into town I stopped to grab a coffee at the local drive thru. I always tip my barista and leave single dollar bills in my center console(usually around $5-$10 at a time) for this. To my dismay my cash for tipping was gone. I was flabbergasted. I know the technician was going through my vehicle because I forgot to leave my wheel lock key out for them. There are certain things I can look the other way on but stealing is not one of them. I called the store on the following Monday and was transferred to the manager that said he would look into this and then call me back to discuss. I have now been waiting well over a month for that phone call back. Be VERY careful using this shop. Check your vehicle over for damage and do not leave anything that you care about in the vehicle because it probably won't be in there when you get the vehicle back. Very disappointing experience. A few dollars isn't going to drastically alter my life but the fact that someone stole from me is very disheartening.

Thankful for Matt's willingness to dig tires out of recycling to get pics for warranty! That's customer service!
