  The staff member (I’m so sorry that I forgot your name. Is it Ryma?) who assisted me on the morning of July 5 around 9 a.m. was extremely efficient and thoughtful. Although it was a busy day after July 4th, she remained professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the process. She also took the time to explain the toll service options, which helped me save money on toll road charges. The car was in excellent condition as well. I ended up returning the car to another location, and it was easy to modify the return dates and location online.

  The best car rental experience I have had so far! The entire process of getting the vehicle was incredibly easy, both for pick-up and drop-off. Their online check-in is a complete success and saves a lot of time. Returning the vehicle was seamless and super fast, which is a huge plus for tourists who need to get to their flight gates on time. Furthermore, all the rules and conditions were clearly explained at the moment of the vehicle handover. By far, this is the best car rental company I have ever rented from. Highly recommended!

  When we rented the car, John was very friendly. Car smelled of pot smoke. We had to exchange the car because we could not even breath inside the car. The nearest replacement car was available only in Cambridge When we went there, they made us wait. And then said that car is parked in a very narrow space. It took them an hour to get the car out and made us wait. When we returned the car, they said just drop the car and that’s all next day they send us claim for rim damage. This is exactly what this car company does according to the Class action law suit against them

  Sixt started sending me emails about charging me more money and putting holds on my credit card after I had returned the car using the after hours key drop. I had specifically asked if it was ok to use the key drop and the staff member said yes. Sixt corporate needs to work on their protocols to ensure customers are not threatened false charges for after hours dropoff.

  I had a great experience with my car rental at Sixt. When I arrived to pick up my rental I wasn't sure if it would be a good fit for my trip as the details had recently changed. The agent (Remy I think was her name) listened to my questions, asked me more details, and suggested a different vehicle. Her suggestion was perfect and my entire family loved the car. Returning was easy too. Everything exceeded expectations and I felt valued as a customer by the entire staff.
