  En primer lugar he tenido que esperar una hora para ser atendido, después el coche tenía un problema"check engine" y lo tuvieron que cambiar. El coche que finalmente me dieron no tenía el depósito de combustible lleno, pero en la documentación sí constaba como llemo. Así que es un sitio a evitar

  When you’re in Boston, this is the best place to rent your car from. The staff is super helpful, particularly Ryma. I have other rental car locations near me and have tried them, but I prefer this one because they always have really high quality cars that are clean and well kept. Ryma helps explain all of the fees, helps give upgrades, and is super kind. The upgrades available are always at a very reasonable rate with great options like BMWs and Suburus. Also they let you return cars after hours.

  Great experience with Sixt! A huge thank you to Ryma for her outstanding help. She was extremely patient with her explanations on the car options and did the best she could with limited availability during the Boston marathon weekend, and provided clear instructions on the pickup and dropoff process. Her attention to detail and helpfulness are exactly what five-star service should look like. Thanks again, Ryma!

  At first, I booked a BMW X5 SUV, but unfortunately there were no cars available, so they offered me a Mercedes instead. However, after driving for about 40 minutes, I realized the car did not have driver assistance features, which made the drive much more difficult for me. I decided to drive back to the counter and explain that I really needed a car with driving assistance features. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly kind and helpful. He personally took me downstairs to look at different cars and carefully explained which ones had driver assistance systems and which size would be most suitable for someone driving alone. I was truly impressed by his patience and excellent customer service. Thank you so much for making the experience much better!

  Ryma provided exceptional service. We arrived on Saturday at approximately 11:00 AM. Despite a queue of three individuals, she promptly acknowledged our presence, requested our information, and confirmed our rental type. She efficiently located our reservation and informed us that she would attend to us as quickly as possible, even while managing other clients. Her demeanor remained positive and professional, and she processed transactions with remarkable speed and efficiency. While I acknowledge SIXT's commitment to comprehensive training, I believe Ryma's outstanding performance is largely attributable to her inherent customer-centric approach.
