    I would rate 0 if possible. My first rental smelled like an ashtray, Sixt apologized and offered a discount so I rented again. After returning that car I got a mysterious email alleging damages. Sixt again apologized and offered another discount. Now, I am receiving another mysterious charge for a toll. Don’t rent from this location unless you have patience and money to spare while you fight ridiculous up charges. Just wanted to include that it looks like Nick below had the same experience so this is clearly a pattern.

    When I walked in, I was initially planning to pick up a car from one of your competitors. However, the line there was extremely long. After waiting for about 40 minutes, I noticed your section had much shorter wait times. I saw one man and two women efficiently assisting customers, so I decided to give your service a try. I’m really glad I did. Not only did you offer a great price, but the car itself was clean, beautiful, and truly screamed luxury. Thank you for the excellent experience!

    The person who checked me in was helpful and amazing. The person who checked me out upon return was rude. He said one thing the whole time (Sign here.) and didn’t tell me a total and didn’t tell me how to obtain a receipt or whether it would be emailed to me. Common courtesy. I’ve rented from SIXT several times and was starting to feel like I would switch from Enterprise as my go to. But I don’t think so. SIXT, you can do better.

    I recently hired a car with Sixt and had an excellent experience, largely thanks to Melvin James. From start to finish, he was extremely helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. There was an issue during the hire, but Melvin dealt with it quickly and efficiently, resolving everything without any hassle. His calm and helpful attitude made a big difference and gave me real confidence in the service. Customer service like this is what encourages people to return, and because of how well everything was handled, I would definitely use again. A big thank you to Melvin James for making the experience such a positive one.

    Avery, Djensley, Blaize, Imani, Jazzmin, Marco, and the list goes on for amazing employees of Sixt, and not to mention the list of incredible cars: 5 & 7 series, M60, M50, AMG, GLE, etc. I return over and over to Sixt because of how they treat me as a customer. At other agencies at Logan, you are told lies, and that you need to purchase X and Y. They create this sense of paranoia that ruins the beginning of any trip, and don’t get me started if you tell them no…NOT at Sixt. They present options, and they have never told me anything but the truth and do not pressure you. My trips always start great with Sixt. Whenever I have an issue or a car is not available, they go over and above to remedy the situation. The roar from that V8 in the M60’s is a beautiful sound, and the luxurious ride in the 740 feels like you are riding on a cloud. When in Boston, you have to rent from Sixt.
