  Great experience with SIXT at Boston Airport. The whole process was smooth, quick, and easy from pickup to return. The staff was friendly and professional, the car was in great condition, and everything went exactly as expected. After a long flight, it was really nice to have such a simple and hassle free rental experience. Very happy with the service and would definitely rent from this location again.

  Rented a Chevy Traverse. Was suggested that a smaller more fuel efficient car could be available for $22 per day more. Turned it down. Agent advised prepaid fuel was a value at $3 / gal (as opposed to $4.29 at local stations). She lied. Fuel tank (per manual) is 19.4 gal. Prepaid fuel was $88.36. Cost per gallon was therefore $4.55! Total rip off

  One of the best Sixt locations I had the pleasure of renting from. Extremely smooth pickup process, lovely return team and a good clean selection of vehicles. I'd rank it top 5 in all the Sixt locations I used so far. It was very efficient I didnt have to deal with key pickup, and did not even have to pull out my drivers license it just popped up on their screen. I highly recommend this location.

  This is now the second time I have rented from this company and it has been fantastic both times. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. The vehicles are just that much nicer and more “modern” if you will. They are not you typical Chevy Impala or Dodge Caravans instead they are BMW’s and Cadillacs. I originally reserved a Toyota Camera but was upgraded to a BMW 2 Series. Much nicer car and a lot more fun to drive. Their prices are the same as the other big rental companies but they are just a little bit better in my opinion. I will absolutely be renting from them again.

  Do not rent from here. I just returned an SUV after renting for a week through a 3rd party site for a fraction of what SIXT was asking for a direct booking. The price is the only reason we opted to book with SIXT. I filled the vehicle's gas tank 2.1 miles before dropping it off. Although we only interacted briefly, the young man checking cars in was apathetic, and sparse. He directed us when we pulled in and parked then was nowhere to be found despite the garage being effectively empty. For this reason, we were unable to verify the accuracy of the checkin information before we had to scoot to our flight. SIXT is now attempting to charge me $155 to refuel the tank which was in fact full upon return. I turned in receipts to prove I filled the tank a couple of minutes before dropping it off. Their customer service department is abysmal and is presently refusing to provide any proof to support their contention that the fuel was not full. They will not reach out to the local branch or otherwise take any steps to verify anything on their end. Someone clearly flubbed the checkin which would be annoying but otherwise not particularly problematic but for the epic failure of the customer service department to make a competent inquiry.
