  The gentleman that helped me provided outstanding customer service to the point I felt he was my friend. We talked about the goods and what I could potentially get that was better. He ensured me that I had everything I needed and recommended things he thought I should get. I would recommend this location over the airport as the rental rates are cheaper, staff is great, and they have the Emerald Aisle Service. You've won me National thanks to the friendly gent and the exciting trip my friends and I got to have in a new 2018 GMC! Cheers!

  Excellent customer service. We were in and out quickly. They were quite polite. The car was in great shape and the price was very fair. We returned the car a bit later than expected and had to do an after hours drop off. The staff called the next day to say they had gotten the car ok and everything was fine with it. He even told us not to worry about returning it late and didn't add to the bill.
