  I read reviews before I use this garage. Expert local tip, pay for Parking in advance online. I paid $33 to park from 12pm to 10:30 pm. I scanned the code at the gate with my Cell phone and the arm went up. When we left, we didn’t even have to do anything, the arm went up. We exited without any problem.. Thank you. It’s takes the guess work out of how much you will pay. As long as you leave by the time you booked. You don’t have to worry about a parking ticket or feeding a meter change or the two hour time limit when you park at a meter parking spot. I live in Boston, and know how much the parking signs can be confusing..

  Elevator isn't working. Super expensive at $55 and no spots. I should have been in the parking business 😕

  great price wise but they apparently dont have a cap on letting cars in there was litterally 1 spot left when i arrived and i prepaid for my parking so it was frustrating. But grateful i got my spit its definately the closest to the action also the cheapest if you prepay.. i paid 16.50 for a 5hour slot.. we went to MOI so convenient, quincy market and fanuiel hall are right there too

  Rates were not visible !!Checkout , only one machine other out of order. peoplegot stuck in elevator!

  On top of the exorbitant prices, The employees really need an attitude adjustment and perhaps a lesson in customer service. There is one young man who is nice but there is another short, stubby man with glasses that should be fired over his despicable treatment of customers. It’s sad this is the self parking option that Hilton uses.
