Had a great experience, the manager Erin assisted me in getting into a car after the one I picked was not available and made accommodations for me. I had an amazing time dealing with this location and cannot recommend them enough. I will be using them again!

I made a reservation on midsize sport sedan (Maserati ghibli or similar) but when I got there I found out they didn’t have those types of cars at all. What’s more surprising was that the staff said I could just pick up any car in the garage I want - I ended up getting an SUV instead (Maserati Levante). Cat itself was in very good shape and brand new model. I guess I’m not super upset because I paid for the cheapest option and got the chance to select any model they have? But it’s still very unacceptable that they don’t classify their vehicles to different prices as what the website does, so I suggest people just always select the lowest price vehicle type when you book here

Not a very good meet and great! I was advise they would have certain type of vehicles in case one didn’t work. They only had the one and we basically had to make it work! On top of that wasn’t advise it was a drop too! It was raining out. Just not the best experience but managers said they will look in to it. But car was pretty nice just little bumpy do to Boston streets being broken! Worth the price tho!!!
