  Great experience. Both attendants and advisors were on point. Was able to enjoy a Porsche 911 for a few days.

  We had a poor experience, especially considering how much we paid for an exotic vehicle. The check-in process did not go well. We had a reservation that the agent could not find. He was also dismissive of my being upset that he took someone behind us in line before checking us in. The guys in the garage were very friendly. Unfortunately though, they gave us a Range Rover that seemed beat up. It had a shredded front tire sidewall, and it drove poorly. I’d rather drive my 2011 Toyota. I filled out a survey and heard nothing back. Pretty disappointing.

  Made my reservation online and showed up and asked to change it. They had no issues doing so and were able to accommodate me greatly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Return was super easy. Would definitely rent again!
