- APAashay Patel1 day ago1.0Do not rent from this location. Short staffed and no cars available and they dont communicate at all. Took 100 minutes of waiting in line just to speak with someone to get into our car!!! They dont care and then tried to argue that we were supposed to pick the 90 minutes back!!!! Avoid it all costs...it'll be faster to go to Logan and rent a car from there!

- GAGeovannie AyalaJun 25, 20265.0I flew into Boston to handle business and go to an unexpected FUNERAL of a childhood friend. Upon arrival I had booked with the competitor (AVIS CAR RENTAL) on Clarendon St, which is my other go to in CAR RENTALS but at that moment they let me down by telling me my credit card and bank card they weren't able to take since I booked and payed through the app. I then walked a few blocks to (Enterprise) at the REVERE HOTEL on Stuart St. I mentioned to them what AVIS did and they were great assisted me and helped me with my situation. I originally turned them down due to my frustration with AVIS but then I came back and booked with them since there service was great. The manager and team did what they could and got me ready with a great value vehicle. I enjoyed the car so much and the 3 days I was out there in Boston. I'm DEFINITELY renting with ENTERPRISE at the REVERE HOTEL location again whenever I do go back to BOSTON.

We rented from the location at 200 Stewart Street in Boston.
