    We got off a cruise in Boston Harbor, rented a car from Enterprise and drove to spend a few days in Erie, Pennsylvania before flying home from Cleveland International Airport. It was quick and straightforward to pick up the car in Boston and dropping it off at the Cleveland airport. The people at both the pickup location and the dropoff location were friendly and helpful. The car was clean, in good condition and drove well.

    Atlantic Ave, Boston, MA -- Rented a Rogue on the app. Check-in stated I could pick the vehicle I needed. Pick-up staff would not allow us to choose (I am short and handicapped, so that was a BIG problem). Also, Enterprise had very limited number of low-end SUVs available on the 7th floor. Upon return, no signs or garage staff to show us what to do when parking was full on the 7th floor for Enterprise. Horrible experience all the way around.

    Adrian made our pickup and dropoff go so smoothly! Thank you Adrian for your outstanding customer service! We lost our reservation at the airport so had to switch gears and rent from Enterprise at Boston Harbor Garage. We most likely will do this next time as we saved time and money! Thanks Adrian for such a positive experience.
