Alex Muto was an absolute rockstar at Enterprise! 🤯 He made what could’ve been a stressful process ridiculously easy. I needed to change my rental location, and Alex somehow made it happen without changing my price seriously, what a legend! 🙌 He was helpful, patient, professional, and walked me through everything with zero hassle. If every Enterprise employee was as awesome as Alex, renting a car would be a dream. Give this man a raise! 10/10, would absolutely recommend Alex to anyone! 🔥👏

Worst Enterprise Experience I've Ever Had I never rent from this location, but I had to return my rental a day late, and the original location told me to drop it here to avoid extra fees. I got there at 8 AM, before they even opened, but the woman on duty took the car anyway and rushed the return. She asked if I'd taken photos — I hadn't, since I'd been told any existing damage was already documented and I've never had issues with Enterprise before. Then she pointed out a "dent" that needed repair. It was barely visible, and even she seemed unsure if it was new or already logged in the system. I asked her to measure it (since I'd been told small dents like this usually aren't charged) — she never did. I had to get to work, so I asked her to hold off and contact me once she'd actually confirmed the details. I made it clear I wasn't agreeing to pay for damage I didn't cause. Despite that, I was the hold on my card is still there, with zero follow-up. When I called for documentation, photos, and a manager, I got nothing but silence. What bugs me most is how sloppy and dismissive the whole process was. Rushed inspection, no proof, no communication, then a charge out of nowhere. I've rented from Enterprise for over 10 years with zero issues, so this was a real letdown. I want the documentation, an explanation for why there is still a hold on my card, nobody has contacted me, and I want a manager to review this. Update (24+ hours later): Still nothing. Brookline claims they contacted the original location — that location says they never heard from them. Enterprise's main office has no info either. Apparently there's a claim with photos, but I can't see it, and there's no way to confirm the damage didn't happen after I dropped it off. Nobody in Brookline can answer a single question - they just keep deflecting, even though it's their own employee who filed the claim. UPDATE 8/18 at 6PM: It's now been three days days since I was told about the alleged "dent" and warned that the damage could cost "thousands." Since then, I have received absolutely nothing — no claim forms, no documentation, no photos, nothing confirming this damage actually exists. The only photos I have are the ones attached here, which the team member took herself, and you can clearly see where her fingers were rubbing against the area — the supposed dent isn't even noticeable. I was told the car was sent out for inspection, but even that inspection location has no information to give me. I've called the main office multiple times, and they have nothing on file, the local office dosent call me and the never communicated with the office that I rented the car from either. At this point, since no one has followed up, I can only assume the matter has been dropped. I have placed a hold on my card, so no further action can be taken by Enterprise without my authorization. If Enterprise wishes to charge me for the rental days or any deductible, they will need to contact me directly with proper documentation — I will not agree to any charges at this time. The lack of communication throughout this process has been incredibly disappointing. Going forward, I would strongly urge Enterprise or the custmer to involve the police to formally inspect and document any alleged damage before making claims like this. This isn't the first time something like this has happened to me. Previously, I dropped off a rental and damage was reported after the fact. In that case, though, I was contacted by phone and email within hours, sent photos of the damage, and had an actual conversation with a team member about it. I ended up paying for that damage without any pushback, because they backed up their claim with real proof immediately, as they had nothing to hide. Seems like Brookline does. This time is different, and it's leaving me seriously skeptical. If Enterprise expects me to take this claim seriously, the least they can do is provide documentation to support it. Right now, I have no reason to believe this claim is legitimate.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Jack at Enterprise. I was having a really difficult time with my rental, and he went completely out of his way to help me. He was incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and never made me feel like I was a burden. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. He genuinely cared about helping me and turned what was a stressful situation into a great experience. I'm so grateful for all of his help and highly recommend working with Jack if you have the chance. Thank you again.

Great location, very easy to get to. The staff is incredibly helpful. They put me in a great car and I was able to get on the road quickly. This location is across the street from the Babcock st T stop making it very convenient. Big thanks to Jack & Maddie for your help! Usually I rent from the airport, but I’ll be back next time I rent a car in Boston.
