  I rent a car from them from time to time. No big issue until today. I have a foreign driver's license and an international translation in 6 languages, which I use all over the world, including the USA. No issue at all. Today, two ladies at the rental desk told me they cannot accept my translation copy and they can not rent me a car. They first told their manager, who refused, and then the risk department, and I realized that they didn't even take a picture of the certified personnel page. Anyway, we went to the Logan Airport and rented a car over there, clearly the staff there are more knowledgeable about "foreign driver license" and so are all the police I have encountered in the past 5 years. It is waste of my time, and money. Seriously, Enterprise, train your staff properly!

  I understand the company’s policy regarding debit card rentals and the requirement for two utility bills. My issue is not with the policy itself, but with the way I was treated by Alex. Alex was rude, disrespectful, and came across as arrogant throughout the entire interaction. He refused to accept any alternative documents, including rental-related documents and security deposit paperwork. According to him, only certain utility bills were acceptable, which was frustrating considering that not everyone receives the specific bills he was asking for. My Mint Mobile bill was also rejected. What made this experience so disappointing was not being denied a rental, but the lack of professionalism and respect. There is a way to explain company policies to customers without being dismissive or talking down to them. Because of the way I was treated, I would not return to this location, even if I had a credit card and all the required documents. Alex should not be representing the company in a customer-facing position if this is how he treats people. He clearly has no problem speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner, and I doubt he would speak the same way to his supervisors. Very disappointing experience.

  confirmation number is 2113365359. I have rented from here before and my experience has been positive till today. Went to pick up a car on May 22nd around 820am. Several employees there, the one that took me at the counter ( no name tag on any employee, so don't know her name but she had Asian features) was rude and abrupt. I tried to explain to her that the reservation is under my wife's name ( different last name than me) and she wouldn't give me the chance to explain that and the fact that we had another reservation under my name that I want to cancel. And kept asking for license and credit card, then and finally understood what I was trying to explain. Then and took me out to the car. The tires had barely any tread on them. I pointed that out because it was obvious, so she went back and got a gauge to measure and confirmed the obvious. I took another car. She has no customer service experience and her behavior was unprofessional. Furthermore, the branch should not be renting unsafe viecles. Checking the tires is part of basic maintenance. You shouldn't be sending people out in cars with no tire tread. Very concerning and I will make sure they are reported Update June 10th: Received a call from them asking me about my experience. Offered to give 20% off the rental and coupon for my next rental. Said they would send an email and refund within days. It had been a few weeks now, nothing was refunded.   The team members - Angelina, Maddy, Alex, and Janaii provided me top-notch and fantastic service. They were professional and helpful throughout the process of renting and returning the vehicle. I would highly recommend to rent a vehicle from them. Sunny

  I had a reservation for a standard car, About 30 minutes after picking it up I realized that the Nissan Sentra is an intermediate, Even though I was charged the standard rate. When I called to ask what happened they told me they’ll just change it to the other reservation at the intermediate rate. But when I asked why did this happen? He just hung up on me. Maybe they didn’t have any standards available and they didn’t want to give me an upgrade so they gave me a downgrade instead and tried to not say anything. Completely untrustworthy.
