  I had a reservation for a standard car, About 30 minutes after picking it up I realized that the Nissan Sentra is an intermediate, Even though I was charged the standard rate. When I called to ask what happened they told me they’ll just change it to the other reservation at the intermediate rate. But when I asked why did this happen? He just hung up on me. Maybe they didn’t have any standards available and they didn’t want to give me an upgrade so they gave me a downgrade instead and tried to not say anything. Completely untrustworthy.

  I rarely leave reviews, but this experience with Enterprise was honestly concerning. I was first given a rental vehicle that was dirty and clearly not properly prepared. After bringing that up, I was switched into another vehicle that had a front bumper that appeared to be temporarily held together/tied in place. I understand rental vehicles go through wear and tear, but handing a customer a car in that condition without properly addressing potential safety concerns or overall vehicle quality is unacceptable. Regardless of whether the vehicle was technically “drivable,” it did not inspire confidence or feel like something that should be actively rented out to customers. Beyond the appearance alone, it raised real concerns about the condition of the vehicle and whether it had actually been thoroughly inspected before being rented out. As a customer, you should not have to question whether the rental you’re being handed is safe to drive. This entire process has been frustrating, especially while already dealing with insurance repairs on my personal vehicle. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism, vehicle inspection, and customer care from a company like Enterprise. Hoping management takes these issues more seriously moving forward.

  Loved it there!! I felt like Cinderella and they were my fairy godparents, everything went smooth and so stress free. The people there are very good at there job I appreciate them all!! Thank you

  I cannot recommend this location and enterprise enough!! I rented a car and ended up with a flat tire. Angelina was quick to help me find the nearest enterprise and text the manager there to wait for me. She explained how to inflate the tire and was willing to go above and beyond to help. Alex was also great. I ended up getting a replacement car at the revere hotel location. In a stressful situation I was relieved that the enterprise staff at both locations helped me!! Thank you guys so much :)
