  I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Yating Lu and the exceptional customer service she provided during my recent rental experience. After encountering a very disappointing experience at the Roslindale branch, I was frustrated and concerned about how my rental situation would be resolved. Fortunately, Yating stepped in and completely changed that experience through her professionalism, dedication, and genuine commitment to customer service. Yating went far above and beyond what I would normally expect. She personally arranged to have my original rental vehicle brought to the repair shop and then took the time to bring me back to your location so I could select a different vehicle that better met my needs. Recognizing the circumstances, she helped me secure a larger rental vehicle and ensured that I was taken care of throughout the process. What impressed me most was her attention to detail and willingness to do whatever was necessary to help. Before releasing the replacement vehicle to me, she noticed it needed additional cleaning. She took it upon herself to clean the vehicle personally to ensure it met a high standard before I drove away. That level of ownership and dedication is rare and deserves recognition. Throughout my rental period, Yating was supportive, responsive, and professional. She turned what began as a negative experience into one that restored my confidence in Enterprise's commitment to customer care. Employees like Yating are a tremendous asset to your team and reflect very positively on your organization. Please extend my gratitude to Yating for her outstanding service.   Just excellent! The best customer service and very nice people (which is rare for rentals). And they always have cars. This place is great!
