  I was very pleased to rent from this Enterprise location. The staff are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The rental and drop off processes took less than 3 minutes. Shout out to Colby and Wu!

  Booked last minute after the world cup because Hertz was terrible. Got a very decent rate through Costco. Staff were all exceptionally friendly, and the entire process was seamless. The car was in spotless shape, they went over everything and were honest about the charges and add ones. Was three hours late and they kept it for us! Easy to reach front counter unlike other rentals. The car, Nissan Altima, was what we expected and was a good car. We talked with four staff and they were all helpful and genuinely great. Would highly recommend

  The customer service was good, but they turned out to lie. They confirmed the charge verbally as we left, but charged overtime after all. This should have been communicated better. We came early and asked if we could go and fill up first, again the service was good (verbally). I asked for a refund but didn’t hear back. Update: I was able to get in touch with them via their chat and the additional should be refunded soon. I haven’t received it yet, but I assume it will go through
