  Survey Comment: It was a great experience. First time at this facility. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The Assistant Manager was very good as he explained everything to us as it was being done. Unfortunately, the oil we choose was not in stock, other than that it was perfect!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After a terrible experience years ago when this location was still Jiffy Lube, I was hesitant to come back. Since Valvoline took over, I decided to give them another chance—and I’m really glad I did. The manager who helped me was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing and what services would benefit my truck. I also had a tail light out and already had the replacement bulb with me. Without hesitation, he installed it for me, which I really appreciated. The service was fast, professional, and a great value. This experience completely changed my opinion of this location. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Thank you to the entire Valvoline team in Billerica for the outstanding customer service!
