  Had the luxury of meeting the manager Sophath today. The crew at this Billerica location is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Was truly in and out in 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend getting an oil change here. Will be back.

  The team was very professional. They diagnostics test picked out all of the issues on our new used vehicle (2024 Acura RDX) THAT the Acura dealer missed. I'm so grateful the found the oil leak and fixed it.

  Outstanding service! The manager, Sophath, along with Carlos and both Jaydens, did an amazing job. As a manager myself, I know great customer service when I see it. You can really tell this team genuinely cares about their customers. Fast, professional, and highly recommended!

  Chris was great, both personable and professional. He competed the oil change and checks in a timely manner. I have used Valvoline in Billerica for multiple vehicles and have always had a great experience, quick and convenient wait in your car service. They also have discounts of 15-20% available.
