  I had a fantastic experience getting my oil change here! The service was quick, professional, and entirely hassle-free from start to finish. The technicians were friendly, explained everything clearly without any high-pressure upsells, and had me back on the road in no time.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service at Valvoline in Bedford, MA! I had a great experience at Valvoline in Bedford. The service was fast, professional, and very well organized. A special thank you to Kelly, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. She took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Customer service like hers really makes a difference. I highly recommend this location, and congratulations to Valvoline for having employees like Kelly representing the company so well. Five stars — I’ll definitely be back!

  I have had excellent customer service at Valvoline Bedford for all past services until yesterday. I am writing this review to make aware of how quickly the staff can turn hostile to cover up their mistakes. For the oil change for my BMW X7, I asked them whether they can update service due log of the vehicle and they tried to do it with their odb2 device. It created the log, but added a vehicle service due log for the same day again in x7. When I told them about it, 2 assistant managers tried to work on it, but made matters worse by creating a vehicle check flag for one year in the past. Then they went into a denial mode saying engine oil change entry is created in x7 and that is the only entry they created. Finally, they agreed to repay me for whatever BMW would charge if the flag was created by mistake. Same day I took x7 to BMW and they confirmed that the flag was created due to screwup from Valvoline and needed $250 to reset the logs. I called Valvoline again the same day and they went into a flat out denial mode saying they don't believe issue is caused by them and if I need to talk more, I should call them next week. All of these conversations were very hostile. I have raised the issue through Valvoline website as well, but I would be extremely cautious to request Valvoline to touch your vehicle computer for high end cars as they do not have that knowledge. [Update 08/30] More than a month has passed and noone even bothered to call on the claim, lol. Downgrading to 1 star.
