  I’ve been here a couple of times, and I’ve always had a great experience. The service is quick, thorough, and everyone is friendly. Jeff is especially kind and explains everything as they go, which I really appreciate. I definitely recommend valvoline if you’re looking for efficient service!

  I had a very disappointing experience here. While they did change the oil, they completely skipped all the other 'full-service' inspections. They didn't check any of the fluids (brake fluid, coolant, etc.), didn't check my tire pressure, and didn't inspect the battery, despite marking everything as 'checked' on their tablet. To make matters worse, I didn't receive any printed report of the inspection. The whole checklist was a sham, and the manager was extremely negligent. I expected a thorough service, not just a quick oil swap

  This is the second time I’ve been to this Valvoline location. The staff and fast and attentive. They are informative and even warned me of due to the make and model of my car it tends to burn oil and to keep an eye on it. Which I’ve had the car for 2.5 years now and noones told me this. So I was grateful for the information. The worker who cared for my car and intake today was Thong, he was polite and through with explaining everything. I’m always appreciative of the great service I receive here.

They explained the services clearly, completed the oil change quickly, and did not pressure me into purchasing unnecessary services. The entire process was smooth, and I appreciated how they kept me informed throughout the visit.   I had another outstanding experience at Valvoline in Bedford! A huge shout-out to Justice, who provided exceptional customer service. I had what felt like a thousand questions, and he took the time to explain everything to me in great detail with patience, professionalism, and kindness. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful he was throughout the entire process. Thank you to the entire team at Valvoline Bedford for being amazing yet again. Excellent service like this is why I keep coming back! I'll definitely be back on the 19th to take advantage of my 20% off coupon and get my remaining services done. Highly recommend this location!
