  I’m very disappointed with the condition of the interior of my car after the tire service was performed. Although they tried to rectify the issue after they were pointed out, they used degreaser and a soiled rag which made the problem even worse. Cargo cover is ruined, steering wheel and leather finishes had black residue everywhere.

  Everything was very easy. I selected my tires and booked the appointment online, I had confirmation and a follow-up email that same day. The whole service was finished inside of three hours, and everyone was friendly and explained the service clearly, both when I dropped the car off and when I picked it up. I have been getting my tires at Sullivan for years now, and I'm sure I will continue to do so!

  It is a pleasure to have my tire serviced here. We had a tire deflated quickly, won’t hold air for one day. Call several places and can’t get an appointment. Fortunately, Sullivan in Bedford be able to squeeze us in without an appointment. This is THE place our family goes to for tire service for over 20 years. Alway happy with the service.

  Brian and his team did a great job diagnosing the problem with my truck. Friendly, honest and professional service. The only place I will bring my vehicles.

  I am so appreciative of the wonderful customer service at Sullivan’s in Bedford. I was literally 1,400 miles away from home traveling with my sister when we had a flat tire on our truck. Thankfully this was the closest location for tire repair because they treated me with such respect and kindness. The man at the counter (I wish I would have asked his name) listened to my problem and reassured me that they could help and in such a quick manner that it wouldn’t disrupt our trip. I will forever be grateful for his and all the technicians hard work and kindness.. Thanks again for the greatness!
