  awful awful experience, driving hours to find out there's nothing available. When their staffs confirmed the car is available prior to us arriving. Just awful, go anywhere but this location.

  We checked in days before to make sure the car would be available, they confirmed that it would be. Drove hours for them to say there's nothing available. Don't waste your time go book elsewhere !!!!

  One thing everyone should know, just one thing. Do Not Book with Nationals or this location atleast. Absolute garbage and we drove 1hr just to be told on pickup day “the pilot didn’t return the vehicle”. Even though we called couple days prior to make sure to keep the suv.

  Awful, awful experience with this location. I am a loyal National customer and rent for business. I had a pickup scheduled for 5 pm on 7/24. I knew I was going to arrive just after 5 which is when the location closed. Between 4:30 and 5pm I tried calling the location several times with no answer. When I arrived at 5:02 pm there was no one to be found at the desk and I was left without a car. I called national customer service which was useless. I’ve rented over 95 days this year alone and this location has single handedly made me consider whether I will continue to be a national customer.
