  I usually buy a car every 10-15 years or so. It's not an experience I enjoy because I've been burned before. That being said it was a fine experience and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase a few weeks after getting it. Jim was responsive but not over bearing or pushy like other salesman can be. He'll answer any questions you have and is incredibly personable yet professional For me it's a feels like a roll of the dice when getting a new vehicle, we do the best we can and hope it meets our expectations, and so far it's been great 👍 Also be sure to check your fuel guage when you leave with your new vehicle, my gas light came on as soon as I hit the pike, bone dry

  My husband Peter and I worked with Kyle. He was absolutely amazing and got us in an affordable car fast! He had a wonderful sense of humor, was patient and accommodating, very thorough and all around we had a wonderful experience. We are going to go back and go through him again for our second vehicle. We even got fit for a better car than I had even expected! If I could give more stars I definitely would! He was definitely on the ball and the rest of the staff we met was also pretty outstanding!

  These guys at Lux Auto Plus are very pleasant and helpful with finding the right vehicle you're looking for! 👌 Andrew was especially pleasant and made the whole process very comfortable and the truck is amazing!   We bought a car from Kyle Barrows and it was the best car buying experience my wife and I ever had. He was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and patient.  He took the time to answer each, and every question no matter how inane or trivial the question was. He made what can be a grueling process, and an anxiety filled experience, very relaxed and enjoyable. Bob Kimball in finance was equally pleasant and enjoyable to deal with. The staff at Lux Auto, from the GM to the Detail staff were top notch. If you're looking for a quality used car, see Kyle and the Lux Auto team! We had no intention of buying a car, we were just going to look. We even left to discuss at home. An hour later we drove back, negotiated a deal we were comfortable with, and we love our new car! Lux Auto sales and service was a refreshingly fantastic experience. Keep up the great work team!

  Kyle was absolutely amazing! I’ve never had a better car buying experience. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, stress free, and enjoyable. He was honest, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Kyle took care of everything every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and the happiest girl ever throughout the entire purchase. What really stood out was how personable and transparent he was. There was never any pressure!!! This is just great customer service and a genuine commitment to helping me find the right vehicle.
