  Went in to look at a Chevy Traverse and was immediately greeted by Kyle outside. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free while keeping us updated every step of the way. Everyone who helped us was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We had a great experience and would absolutely continue getting cars from here in the future. Thank you all again!

  My experience at Lux has been truly uplifting. Vinny, Tommy, and the team have been incredibly supportive with everything I needed. I love my new car and the experience I had at Lux.   I don't ever leave any reviews, especially a bad one. But today i visited Lux Auto Plus to view a vehicle that i been seeing on their website for about 2 weeks now and i talked to a team member through out this whole time through text and phone calls. Told me the car is in perfect condition with just surface scratches (No major dents or scratches visible) i understand the vehicle is used so it's not going to be perfect. I simply asked about the condition prior to me seeing it due to me living 1 hour away. When i go see the vehicle, it is raining out so it's fairly more hard to see the condition of the actual exterior. The second i arrive, i see whole entire car has scratches and dents and even touched up paint that looks horrible. Car was disgusting inside even though they knew i was coming in to see it for about a week now. The car has been sitting in their inventory for 4+ months a sales person told me and didn't even want to nudge on price. Told me i can get a full repaint on the car for $2000😂 Hope the best for you guys with the sale for this vehicle. Just disappointed that both parties time was wasted when everything could've been up-front honest.

  Jim was great and made the process very straight-forward. Happy to have worked with them. The service department did great work on the car, and were timely in the process, even when needing to buy a proprietary tool to do the work.

  I first picked this dealership because of its strong reviews, and after my experience with Kyle, I completely understand why it’s so well-known and respected. Today, I walked out with a 2021 Chevy Traverse at a great deal, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Kyle and the rest of the team were extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I understood all the details and perks involved. The level of customer service here really stands out—everyone was helpful, transparent, and easy to work with. I’m very pleased with my purchase, and I know this will make an amazing family vehicle.
