  The manager Devante at Enterprise truly went above and beyond, not just for me as a customer, but in the way he represented the entire company. He remained calm, professional, and respectful throughout our interaction. When I had incorrect information, he didn’t make me feel embarrassed or dismissed. Instead, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the situation. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like his team and himself representing the company. They had to deal with a lot of crap but not once did they ever falter on how they conduct business and that can’t be replaced.

  Had to send my wife to pick up vehicle because I was working. Not only did I not get the vehicle size I RESERVED they also charged her for a full size car! They changed the amount slightly when I called them no one wants to drive 12 hours in a compact car stuffed with luggage. Shady place for sure. And please don’t bother sending me a canned apology response that’s always the answer at these organizations. People deserve better!

  It was great to have the car delivered to the place I needed it. William explained everything clearly, answered questions, and was very professional. He did not rush me or pressure me into purchasing add ons. Enterprise answers with a real person, and gets back to your messages quickly. Very happy with this Auburn business. Excellent vehicle, great service!

  The Enterprise staff at this location were very polite, professional and efficient. The car they rented to me was clean and in great condition - perfect for a long drive.
