  Koby with safelite made the windshield replacement process super easy without having to be there. Safelite is very good at communicating throughout the entire process. With insurance I paid $0. The new windshield is so better than the old one. Would definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommended them to my friends and family.

  I'm giving a five-star because Mary and all the people I worked with the secretary Mary the gentleman that handled the car were very wonderful had acknowledge of what they were doing understanding overall wonderful experience is very clean the bathroom is very clean they offee complimentary coffee and Waters Mary and her team did everything they could to make sure everything was done correctly and it was they listen to all my concerns highly recommend Safelite thank you Mary and staff for a wonderful experience

  This repair shop/company is fantastic! My entire experience was easy, smooth, quick & pleasurable. The AI assistant that assisted me in rescheduling my appointment & understand what would happen during my appointment was incredibly helpful. The staff at the location I went to was friendly, courteous, thorough in explaining what would be happening, & very efficient with the repair. This was such a simple & enjoyable process! Unexpected & appreciated! I’ve already recommended this business to a couple friends/family members & I’ll continue to do so!

  I was hesitant but decided to book with safelite due to positive experiences from friends and coworkers. In the past I had another company replace a windshield and they scratched my hood badly. So I was very apprehensive to even replace the windshield. I went to the Safelite location in S Attleboro MA. I believe the woman at the front desk was named Sam. She was great. Super friendly and answered all my questions with a smile. If she did not know the answer she did her best to find it out or ask someone who could help. I also wanted to be sure I got the OEM windshield for my Jeep and that it had the Jeep Logo and little jeep in corner. The manager - Mary - was great. I was very particular and everyone was patient with me. The install went smoothly - the technician (Chris) surprised me by transferring a decal that I assumed would be lost!!!! That was a nice surprise. I think he also color matched the tape to co-ordinate with the colors of my Jeep. Everyone was great. Smooth install and the wait time was not bad at all. Would definitely use them again with confidence!

  I very rarely give reviews, but this is worth it. Basically, a tech named Cody S calls, says he'll be to my house in 15 min. He arrives, asks if I have any questions, I say "no", and he responds with "Ok, great, then I'm going to get to work." I look out my window just to see how it begins, and then couldn't stop watching. His process was so incredibly meticulous and efficient. There was never a period where he looked as though he was just kind of standing or meandering to figure out what to do next, or to look around as though he was trying to find a part. Everything was deliberate. I actually called my wife to tell her how operationally perfect it was (I work in operational efficiency and so naturally pick apart sloppy execution.) I told her it was as if he was the liquid metal Terminator from the old movie, and it was his own car and he made the glass himself...that deliberate and meticulous...that level of care! (Note: Her response was "Oh nice. Hey, I was thinking we should pick up some cucumber for a salad tonight, we have tomatoes, right?..." Lol. I apparently did not communicate my awe well enough.) Cody finished and gave me some tips and 48 hour care instructions, and was off to the next. I took the car for a spin, inspected the work, and it all seems great. Cody was meticulous, deliberate, efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. I'll be using this as an example when I'm presenting and training others. Great job and thanks!
