  Used to go here consistently for oil changes and state inspections but lately there has been an increased wait time (1-3 hours for oil changes) and I’m noticing they seem to miss very obvious red flags with my vehicle. I recently had them check my breaks to which they simply said I had about 20 percent life left so I scheduled an appointment with Gardner speedee who mentioned my rear breaks and rotors are totally rusting out so I’m not sure if they actually looked or somehow missed that but I’m glad I got a second opinion. My car also stalled out a few months prior and they couldn’t locate the problem (I understand they aren’t a dealership) but when I brought it to the dealership I received photos of multiple parts clearly eroded to the point they were green! I’m not a mechanic by any means but if anyone saw that they would know it probably wasn’t good lol.. Gardner speedee is faster and more thorough.

  Terrible service. Today's visit is the third time in a row with issues. First visit last year with my father-in-laws car: Paid for an oil change that included their 17 point inspection. The next day I opened the hood and found acorns and shells all over the air filter. Opened the air filter and it was full of acorns. Opened glove box and inspected the passenger compartment filter. That was full of acorns also. Obviously Speedee did not inspect either despite both being called out as part of the 17 point inspection. The manager did refund my money when I went back to complain about service. Second visit two days ago with my wife's car: Paid for oil change and their 17 point inspection. Got home and checked the tire pressure and both rear tires were 3-5 psi low. Floors were not vacuumed. Third visit today with my car: Another oil change and 17 point inspection. After waiting 20 minutes for employees to come back from lunch it then took 1hr 40minutes for the oil change. I went outside to leave and there were oily hand prints all over the drivers door and headrest. I went back in and one of the employees begrudgingly wiped it off. By the time I drove 5 miles there was blue smoke coming out around the hood. I opened the hood when I got home and found oil spilled all over the engine. It blew up onto windshield wipers and windshield. There are oily hand prints all over the top of both front fender. My car has retractable headlights and there's oily prints all over the left headlight and the headlight surround that retracts is out if alignment by 3/8 of an inch from someone leaning on it. The windshield was not cleaned. The car was not vacuumed. This despite me specifically stating "please be sure to do the entire 17 point inspection". I called Speedee and spoke with Tina. She put me on hold and called Dave the owner. She came back to my call and said Dave would call me right back. Well...it's been over an hour and no call. Three visits and three failures. I'll never go back. Perhaps Speedee will call me and offer to detail my car and adjust the headlight. I'll update this post if they decide to address these issues.

  I had the pleasure of having an oil change on 7/16/26. New car first oil change. Someone took my car in shortly after checking in. A young man by the name of Logan was giving me the oil change came to get me and went over what he had done and noticed that my cabin filter needed to be changed and showed it to me. Also topped off fluids, topped off some low air in the front tires. I’m glad he noticed the filter had it changed. The girl who is always at the front desk is wonderful and makes everyone feel comfortable by being so friendly and kind!
