  We had a very very nice young man named Jesse whom helped us with fixing our car. He was very detailed, nice, polite, and knew his business that's for sure. I will not let anybody work on my car anymore just Jesse. Thank you for keeping great people like him at speedee.

  Told me they would do a free estimate on front end work and that I had to make an appointment--when I returned for the appointment I heard them talking about a lift fee and I asked and was told an estimate was $55.00!!! I told them the day before the woman on the desk had said it was free and they said, oh no, sorry, that was a mistake! Anytime it goes up on the lift, it's fifty $55 just to go up on the lift! I have never paid for an estimate my entire life nor am I going to start now! when I told them I was just disstisfied that they had changed from FREE to $55 overnight they didn't do anything except apologize and let me walk out the door so my day was wasted driving down there not to mention my expensive gas! I won't be going back here unless i'm desperate! I'm pretty sure they lied to me about the codes that they read. Because I took it to 2 other mechanics, and the codes were something other than what they told me they were. *************BUYERS BEWARE!!! Response to the owner Dave regarding your reply to my review: Your head mechanic at the appointment where he revealed the estimate was going to be $55.00 ***(I had to ask him to be sure it was free and he told me it wasn't at the appointment time!!!) AND he told me the girl that told me that was "new" and "not fully trained yet"-- that is a far cry from nine years of experience!! Then he went on to explain that if I had the service done there that day the fifty five dollars would get "shaved off of my bill"--otherwiseIwouldhave to pay for just the estimate fee! Today, when I was there, the girl that was supposedly new swore up and down and argued that she had told me that it was fifty five dollars--i know the truth! The whole idea of a free estimate is that you know the cost in advance of having the work done so you can compare it to other shops (which is what I told your head mechanic I was going to do)--take it to another mechanic and see what his estimate of the work to be done was since it was a major job! Well I just brought it to him and he fixed it so you lost my business! You and your staff lie to suit your needs and I know several other people that have been dissatisfied with your tactics! Perhaps I will suggest to them that they post reviews of their dissatisfactory experiences as well or perhaps contact the Better Business Bureau! Customers really deserve better treatment than being gaslit! This could have all been avoided with some free honesty and courtesy! I hope you will change your management policies instead of making up stories and trying to confuse customers! 😕

  My car has never leaked oil until I had my oil changed here now it leaks oil not sure what they did.

  I had a good experience with an oil change last Fall,fast friendly service. So when needing another oil change and brakes, I decided to have them done at SpeeDee's. I told them I knew I needed a new control arm (ball joint) that I had to go to the dealership for. They told they do ball joints. They gave me a great price and also found one of my calipers needed replacing. Since I also had coupons, I noticed one of the coupons were for fluids ie transmissions. They did the front deferential fluid also. They saved me not only time but money not having to go to the dealership. Thank you to Tina who runs the front desk. Jesse the mechanic and Jasmine who fills in at the front desk and works on cars too. Local FAST, FRIENDLY service. I'll be back. Carolyn B.
