  I went to Monro Auto Service yesterday because I was having an ongoing low tire pressure warning on my dashboard and had repeatedly needed to put air in my back passenger-side tire. I explained the issue clearly to Brian, expecting that tire to be inspected. Brian found a nail in another tire, which I’m thankful, but never checked the back passenger tire I specifically came in for. Today, August 26, I had to return because the tire pressure warning was still coming on. Brian admitted that he did not check the tire I originally brought the vehicle in for on August 25. Because this wasn’t properly addressed the first time, I had to cut work short today and spend two days dealing with an issue that should have been handled during my original visit. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to the problem I specifically brought to their attention. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning to Monro Auto Service. I expected better service and attention to my concerns.

  First they overcharged for an oil change. An elderly couple went there, in the appointment notes we indicated conventional oil only as that is what's recommended by the manufacturer. Instead they gave them synthetic bland charging almost double. When I called to complain their manager was rude and not helpful saying they requested synthetic and 6 quarts instead of 5. Toyota says this car takes 4.6 quarts of oil. This used to be a reputable shop. Shame on you for taking advantage of elderly couple who know nothing about cars let alone sythetic vs. conventional.

  I head flat tire in my car before I drive down there i have call to make sure thay can take care of me I drive 20min when I get there the guy told me thay can NOT fix my tire because I drive drive there for no reason no guest service.

  The work seems fine but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change! I made an appointment to make sure they had time available and selected ahead of time that I would sit and wait. The person at the desk told me it would be "about an hour." I was there 10-11:45 before I said I had to leave to pick up children at camp.

  Horrible experience, left my truck two times and no results, and they charge money for that It was easy job, as I thought: replace 4 tires, add TPMS, balance and alignment Car was scheduled for 10 am, I got it back 6 pm Balance was great before they worked on it, as soon as I got to a highway the truck was not safe to drive, all car was shaking Plus two sensors were leaking air… I returned truck next day, they promised to fix… after holding car for 3 days I got it back and sensors were not leaking but not working because their tool is not working, plus alignment is not done because the person who is working on alignment machine is not showing up and balance was still not done… and they charged money for balance and alignment Will never go to any Monro
