I purchased what was supposed to be a luxury family vehicle, but from the moment I took it home, I’ve encountered multiple issues. Despite the seriousness of these problems, the general manager has not reached out, which is extremely disappointing given everything I’ve experienced.
The most concerning issue is the persistent shaking of the vehicle. Your service department has already worked on it, yet the problem continues. The technicians themselves have recommended that thetires be replaced to properly address the issue — however, the general manager is declining coverage, even though this recommendation is coming directly from your own service shop.
For a dealership selling “luxury” vehicles, this level of customer care and accountability is unacceptable.
Overall, very good wok. Communication over the 5 weeks or repair time could have been much more proactive.

Kevin and the team of mechanics were thorough with the diagnostic of the electrical issue with my car. Identified the problem quickly and made the repair. Great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend using their service department!

Poor communication, poor explanation & poor service.
I had to call every time to get an explanation or update, then acted annoyed.
I had an appointment for 10:30 Tuesday morning, by 3pm I hadn’t heard anything so I called, they said that the car has not been looked at, and that it would get a diagnosis the next day. I was not told that they lacked technicians that would be able to diagnose or look at my engine problem, or they shouldn’t have over scheduled.
I explained that I did not have a vehicle to take to work, I asked about courtesy vehicles, they said they did not have any, that my warranty company would not cover a rental due to “part delay”, when in reality my car was deemed unsafe to drive. I had to pull teeth and play phone tag, getting transferred to the wrong people.
As someone who works in the customer care industry, please get better communication.
