    purchased what was supposed to be a luxury family vehicle, but from the moment I took it home, I’ve encountered multiple issues. Despite the seriousness of these problems, the general manager has not reached out, which is extremely disappointing given everything I’ve experienced. The most concerning issue is the persistent shaking of the vehicle. Your service department has already worked on it, yet the problem continues. The technicians themselves have recommended that the tires be replaced to properly address the issue — however, the general manager is declining coverage, even though this recommendation is coming directly from your own service shop. For a dealership selling “luxury” vehicles, this level of customer care and accountability is unacceptable. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
