Wonderful experience!
I visited the showroom and met Mark Ganek the sales rep. I was concerned at first as i was intending to find information about the various models and did not want to be pressured into making a purchase until i was ready. Mark took his time and discussed different vehicles and features with me until he suggested a particular model that i drove with him.
I told him that i did not have time to hang around the showroom while documents were prepared and he accommodated me by expediting the process. Everything was delivered as promised and Mark went above and beyond to handle things and make it an easy and pleasant experience.
I would recommend Mark and this dealership highly!
I cannot recommend Bill DeLuca Cadillac in Andover based on my experience.
The biggest issue is the dealership's General Manager, John. Throughout my interaction, he came across as rude, dismissive, and made me feel as though he was doing customers a favor simply by being there. As someone considering doing business with the dealership, I expected professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Instead, I left feeling like my time and business were not valued.
A dealership's leadership sets the tone for the entire customer experience, and unfortunately that was evident during my visit. A luxury brand like Cadillac should provide a welcoming, customer-focused experience, but that was not what I encountered.
My advice to anyone considering this dealership is to think twice before making the trip. There are plenty of dealerships that genuinely appreciate their customers and treat them with the respect they deserve.
I sincerely hope the ownership takes customer feedback seriously and makes the leadership changes necessary to improve the experience for both customers and employees. Until then, I cannot recommend Bill DeLuca Cadillac.
Don't waste your time!
Response to Deluca reply: I hope John didn't full you by saying he was polite, he is the most unprofessional manager you ever had, don't let that liar full you or anyone he's is not in to provide anyone a good experience or apologize for his unprofessional behavior, he is the worse and he will keep dragging the Deluca name to the mud if he is allowed. Sad sad sad . He lied 3 times with different excuses, not only that he was RUDE right of the beginning, nasty nasty . Returning a lease means I was going to get another vehicle but guess what, this is the 2nd time this carelessness person was rude to us, will never return and will make sure everyone knows if this guy is still there don't waste your time. He has one goal in mind: do as little as possible and collect his pay. S.A.D

This dealership talks a lot about being a small, customer-focused business and promises personalized service to earn your trust. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite.
When it came time to address serious issues with my vehicle, the same "small dealership" claim became an excuse for why they couldn't handle the problem or provide the support I expected. It's frustrating to hear that being small is an advantage when they're making the sale, but a limitation when they need to stand behind it.
I leased what has turned out to be a lemon, and I've been without my vehicle for months because they have been unable to repair it. The lack of communication, accountability, and resolution has been extremely disappointing.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying or leasing a vehicle from this dealership ever.
purchased what was supposed to be a luxury family vehicle, but from the moment I took it home, I’ve encountered multiple issues. Despite the seriousness of these problems, the general manager has not reached out, which is extremely disappointing given everything I’ve experienced.
The most concerning issue is the persistent shaking of the vehicle. Your service department has already worked on it, yet the problem continues. The technicians themselves have recommended that the tires be replaced to properly address the issue — however, the general manager is declining coverage, even though this recommendation is coming directly from your own service shop.
For a dealership selling “luxury” vehicles, this level of customer care and accountability is unacceptable.

and again the problem is not with the service team it with the sales manager not doing what is right
