  I reserved a car about two weeks before I needed to pick it up. The place was a disorganized mess when I arrived about 8:30 in the morning to pick up my rental. They had exactly two cars available for more than 20 customers expected that day, and both were oversized vehicles I didn't feel comfortable driving. I was told a car would probably be available for me late in the day. Around 4 PM I finally got a car that was not the type I'd specified in my reservation but was at least something I could drive, though I was never comfortable with it during the week I had it. The employees, who did not usually even work at that location (Amherst), were very nice and apologetic about the whole situation. It appears that this was a case of very bad management, lack of organization, and no priority given to customer service. I would not use this place again.

  Great location for my family, less expensive than the airport. Pleasant staff—easy pickup and return.

  I booked one way to travel through a few states, it was easy staff were great. I didn't have to deal with tolls until later which is important... Easy drop off of at airport!!
