  Review Content: A loyal customer since the pandemic (6 YEARS), but today I am walking away forever. This is a story of betrayal and life-threatening negligence. I have been coming to this Brighton location for over 6 years. I supported them through the pandemic and have always been a loyal regular, trusting their technicians and leaving tips every single time. I truly thought this was a shop that valued its long-term customers. I was wrong. During my last few visits, my under-car splash guard was loose. This time, I brought my own screws and specifically asked the technician to secure it. He looked me—a 6-year regular—straight in the eye and said it was "all set." HE LIED. When I got home and crawled under the car myself, I was horrified: 1. They LOST or STOLE the screws I provided. 2. The heavy plastic guard was hanging by ONLY ONE loose screw in the middle. It was literally flapping in the wind while I drove on the highway! 3. The front latches weren't even hooked in. If that heavy plate had detached at 65mph, it could have caused a fatal accident for me or others on the road. After 6 years of business, they sent me out in a death trap rather than spending 2 minutes to tighten a few screws. I had to watch YouTube and fix it properly myself (it required 5 screws, they only used 1). Looking at other reviews about exploding engines and oil leaks at this shop, I realize the "service" here has become a gamble with your life. To the management: You didn't just lose a customer today; you lost a 6-year supporter who will now tell everyone to STAY AWAY. Dishonesty is a choice, and today you chose to be a scammer instead of a mechanic.

  Staff @ this location is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I’ve noticed every time I go, the price goes up !! But, I’m thankful for the coupons, especially at $20 off.
