  There are few businesses that I'm impressed with anymore, but V&F truly knocked my socks off. They were such a kind, HONEST, and hospitable group of people. I felt like I even became friends with the driver (Jaydon?). I felt like I was in an old school all american business from the good old days. Just really good people. I hope my car breaks again soon. 😉

  Review: V & F Auto Shop I recently had my car serviced at V & F Auto Shop, and I was honestly blown away. I’ve never experienced this level of service before, and there are five main reasons why: Impeccable Environment: First, I was shocked by how clean and organized the shop is. It’s rare to see a garage so well-maintained. Customer-Centric Care: The staff is incredibly friendly. To ensure an accurate repair, they asked detailed questions about every symptom the car was having. Their approach to consulting—truly looking at things from the customer's perspective—was very impressive. Convenient Shuttle Service: Third, they actually offer a ride home while your car is being fixed if you need it. I’ve never had a shop offer that kind of convenience before. Transparent Digital Inspections: What really "wowed" me was their reporting. They took photos of everything they inspected and provided detailed explanations. They showed me exactly what was wearing out, what needed immediate attention, and even shared videos to help me understand. I was totally sold. Honesty and Integrity: Finally, since no new parts were required for my specific fix, they actually did the repair for free. I simply couldn't pass up the chance to leave a glowing review after such a positive experience. I actually asked an AI for a recommendation for a reliable shop in the area, and it pointed me here—it absolutely exceeded my expectations!

  Brought my 1995 Chevy S10 to V&F because it was running rough. Ended up paying over $400 and left with the truck in worse condition than when it arrived. They cut the catalytic converter off within minutes and claimed it was “hollow,” even though the truck never sounded hollow before. After cutting the exhaust, they left it that way unless we wanted to pay even more to have it welded back together. They also didn’t even put the intake back properly before giving the truck back. When we asked what it would cost to actually fix the issue, we were told around $2,000 and even then they said it still might not solve the problem because of possible carbon buildup issues. So basically over $400 for an inspection, a cut exhaust, and no real solution. What bothered me most is the truck was returned in worse shape than when we brought it in. I wasn’t even planning on leaving a review until they texted asking for one. People should know what to expect before bringing their vehicle here. I definitely did not have a great experience.

  Towed my car to them and they were able to take care of it and get my car back to me in a couple of days, even without an appointment

  I had a great experience here for an oil change. The staff was friendly and professional and the shop was very clean. The waiting room was comfortable and welcoming-guest wifi, snacks, & coffee made it easy to relax while I waited (there is also complimentary shuttle to home pr work if preferred) What really stood out was how thorough they were: they inspected the car before starting work and explained any potential issues to keep an eye on. After the oil change they also did a road inspection to make sure everything was safe and running well! Excellent service from start to finish! Highly recommend.
