  Very nice staff. The waiting area is very comfortable with free Keurig coffee and bottle water. Prices are reasonable and transparent.

  Went in for an inspection, the man who greeted me was very kind and personable. My engine light was on, so I knew I’d get a black R, at least. Luckily it was just an emissions thing. Afterwards, I asked what they charged for diagnosing and per hour so that I could have it repaired; I was pleasantly surprised when he told me they don’t charge for the diagnostic, just the repair. He was even able to give me (a very reasonable) estimate based of what the code was. So I made the appointment. It’s nice they have a key drop because they want it in early, and I’m not necessarily a morning person- I’ll be dropping it the night before. I’m also planning on bringing my husband’s car there tomorrow for his inspection. Being new to the area, I’m very grateful I found this place!

  So glad we found v & f auto. Super professional and thorough. Highly recommend! The employees are always smiling and professional when you come through the door. The lounge is clean and kid friendly when you’re waiting for an inspection. You know what to expect when having work done on your vehicle here because there is 💯 transparency!

  10+ stars! I was waiting in line at another location for my vehicle inspection, and they ended up making a cut off at my car. At this point, I had to hurry to find a location that still performs state inspections (many have stopped), and willing to take me last minute (it was 4:25pm) on a Friday when it was already past cut-off time most places will take you. I called V&F in an absolute panic and they told me to come on down. The window on timing once I got there was super tight, and then of course I held them up even longer... I forgot my registration at home earlier after using it to renew it online, and in order to legally do the inspection, you need the physical registration in-hand (expired or not- you gotta have that paper). So they gave me even more grace by letting me order another copy online and have them print it out there. They were incredibly understanding, patient, and kind throughout all of this, and had such an ease with their energy while helping me navigate the bit of chaos I came in with. John, Becca, and Nicole all working up front, were the team that came together and helped me feel like I was in a room with my own family members, from how down to earth they were- and I thank every single one of them, along with one of their mechanics Jayden who had stayed longer to complete the inspection- you are truly wonderful for everything. I tried to leave a tip but couldn't, so I decided to at least leave this review. Family members of mine that are customers of V&F speak highly of them, and have been very happy with their auto services and customer service. There really aren't enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation. I highly recommend them. Your vehicle will be in good hands, and your heart will even feel lighter just from the welcoming energy they give. Thank you all again for helping a stressful moment turn into an uplifting ending.   Terrible experience and sleezy ownership. I was interested in a truck they had on the lot. I went to the dealer twice in one week during business hours only to find the doors locked. I called half a dozen times leaving messages but no return call. The second time i stopped by someone who worked in the service center answered the locked door and gave me the contact info of the owner, Jim. Jim called me the following Monday and I explained my experience and the truck i was interested in. We talked about the truck and made an appointment for that weekend. I followed up on Friday to confirm the appointment and got no return call or message. I followed up again on Saturday and Jim informed me he had sold the truck the day before. I wasted 3 hours of driving, gas money and energy trying to buy a truck only to get sleezed out by this guy. I don't know how they have such a high rating...
