    Pulled in today and was told by the guy smoking a cigarette at the end of the bay he was on break and someone else would help me. A very lovely girl came out to the car and offered me a bottle of water and then proceeded to tell me that for my car I would need 1 specific type of oil, the only one that they'd use (or could use?), and for that it would be $125. 1. I've never been told I need a specific type of oil before, must be made of gold, "Texas Tea" and by the grace of God, my Honda has somehow survived this long without it (and I am by far NOT illiterate when it comes to cars and vehicle maintenance). 2. When I declined and started to back up to pull away the smoking gentleman not so kindly asked the girl "What happened there." What happened there sir, is that I declined your overpriced BS before I pulled into the bay because even with some lame coupon a basic oil change would be over $100. The only part of that establishment that is enjoyable is the very nice girl who luckily gave me an out before I wasted my money. I went to Valvoline up the street and paid far less with much better service. It's a shame because the place it was (Tech Lube maybe?) before it became Strickland was affordable and convenient.

    Jason was amazing! I got an oil change and he was so kind, he brought me a cold water while i waited for my oil change to be done. Great customer service 10/10 recommend Jason!!

    Great service. Relatively quick, depending on your vehicle. I have an extra plate that needs to come off for an oil change, so mine takes a little longer. I love that I don't need to get out. Decently priced, and so far there's always been a coupon available.

    The best!!! I’ve gotten so many oil changes here now and each one was a pleasant and quick experience. The convenience is much appreciated! Employees are always super friendly and helpful. Also I love how they give you a free air freshener and water.
