- JWJacqueline Whitley1 day ago1.0I just joined and just canceled !!! Customer service sucks 😡. Your site manger JOHN has a very nasty attitude. I’m asking a question concerning the car wash since I’m getter the $10 for 1 month.. why I’m not getting everything I sign up for.. JOHN told me he didn’t have time to talk to me because he was trying to work on the arms and go talk to the assistant manager… .. I want to know why? He’s a fast talker unprofessional site manager. And as long he’s here I will never be a customer. I had gotten the $38 package

Their people run out to the area where you pay and beat you up with up sales and memberships. And today I learned they discontinued a basic car wash and only offer the higher priced car washes. They don't have to worry about me coming there anymore. Benny's car wash is better priced and does a better job. In short, I do not recommend Take 5 car wash.
