  A huge thanks to the Autozone employees in Youngsville! I only got one name..Hunter and another 2 guys as well as the manager! My Kia locked up just off the road just before their parking lot! They all came to help and was very helpful with everything! Even the young lady at the register was very nice! That's how customer service should be at every business! I will definitely deal with this place when needed! Thanks guys for your great service! I was really frustrated with my car but yall made it all better!

  I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the Youngsville team, specifically Hunter and the manager Tyler. My daughter needed a new battery for her car and I sent her over to get her battery checked and prices. They treated her very respectfully. These guys also helped us out with a somewhat complicated return on the same day when they could have easily said my issue was not their problem. I can’t tell you enough how much we appreciate your help. You guys are the reason that we always choose AutoZone locally.

  Casey and Preston were so helpful! My battery crapped out on me and they did not hesitate whatsoever to help me. This store is seriously the best. They were very informative and checked my starter and alternator as well.

  Huge shoutout to the Youngsville AutoZone team especially Nathan Breaux, Preston Fruge, and Joshua Lewis. These guys truly saved my day. I walked in with a Toyota 4Runner driveshaft that had two extremely stubborn U-joints, and Nathan immediately stepped up and led the charge. His customer service was outstanding — he literally took time out of his own shift to help remove the old U-joints and make sure everything was handled properly. Preston and Joshua were right there as well, jumping in to help and making sure I had what I needed. Nathan also took the time to walk me through how to properly re-install the U-joints, which made all the difference. The driveshaft is now back on my 4Runner, and the vehicle is driving smoother than ever. I was in a serious bind since all auto shops were closed, and this happened on a dark, cold, wet day with the winter freeze rolling through Louisiana. Without Nathan and this AutoZone team, I would not have had my vehicle ready for Monday morning. Nathan went above and beyond what anyone would expect from retail customer service. AutoZone is lucky to have him... please give this man a raise. Thank you again to the Youngsville AutoZone crew for truly saving the day. I’ll definitely be back.
