  If I could leave zero stars I would. What I dealt with this week trying to get my daughter's license was so insane. She got her permit there, and I made an appointment months ago for her driving test and license. The appointment has been on my calendar for months, I remember talking to a man on the phone and making this appointment for September 21st at 9am. I tried calling several times the week prior to the appointment to confirm and make sure we brought correct documents and form of payment. No one answered, so I left a message. Never received a call back. The morning of her appointment, I call and someone finally picks up; they tell me she has no appointment. Well that's strange, bc I talked to a man months ago and have this appointment on my calendar. But ok, mistakes happen. So I asked when the next appointment was, and he told me the next morning (Tuesday) or Wednesday morning. We scheduled Wednesday. My husband and daughter get there this morning, and the staff is acting like they don't know who she is or why she's there bc there's no appointment on the schedule?? They couldn't even find her in their system at first! I understand a mistake happening one time, I have forgotten to put an appointment in at work. But twice? And after I had just talked to someone two days prior?? During this , my husband had me on the phone; and the rudeness of the people there speaking to him was appalling! He was calm, as he usually is in these situations, and they were rude and unprofessional. And then trying to insinuate I'm a liar? That I did not speak to someone and make these appointments? A woman stated "we NEVER make appointments months out" So who did I talk to from YOUR business? Who was the man I spoke to and remember specifically making this appointment, and putting it in my calendar, and checking it over the summer as my kid keeps asking me "how much longer until I get my license?" I just imagined all that? Or maybe, MAYBE someone made some mistakes? And how hard is it to be professional and just give an apology and ask how you can help assist or figure it out? And not even an apology or recognition that they made a mistake not putting in her appointment for today after I talked to them on Monday! Nothing. Thankfully she got her test done and we never have to deal with them again. Awful way to treat not just a customer, but one of your students and their family.

  These folks make it easy! My son came through more confident and much more knowledgeable. They are quick to answer any questions, and will work with your schedule.

  This is THE place. Not only do they do a great job with teaching driving, you can get your license and other needs taken care of here, too.

  My experience recently, I visited the West Monroe Driving Academy as a walk-in for a driver's license replacement, and the experience was fantastic. They handled my request with incredible speed and efficiency. There were absolutely no problems, and the entire process was simple and stress-free. If you need quick, accurate, and hassle-free service, I highly recommend them.
