  Staff is professional enough. The rock 1/2 dollar sized spider web crack was sealed very well. Techs need to be a little more self-aware and discreet when discussing dynamics of individual customers Insurance situation or disagreements with service and or cost. While the -office- is reasonably tidy, the Restroom there smelled like it had several too-many pee cakes or institutional scents going on. Even my care smelled like it when I left. I had the windshield replaced within the past 4 weeks and then got another rock chip which I -also- paid fully out of pocket for. The cash cost was not upfront. They charge about $75 for rock chip, so if you're looking for a repair on a vehicle without comprehensive, just go to one of the local windshield and repair places cuz it'll be about half as much. In addition, I suspect their basic windshields are a thinner and cheap, marginal DOT spec, as I've been driving this vehicle for about 4 years, 150 MI a day a few times a week, and after getting it replaced with Safelite for just under $300 ( I used Acme glass 2 years before ), within 4 weeks a small, barely Audible rock hit my windshield, and made a half dollar size crack. Suggestion: If you replace a customers windshield, within a few months (much less a few weeks) a rock chip should be fixed as a courtesy.
