On January 28th I was in a car accident that was no fault of my own. The insurance company gave me the run around repeatedly over me wanting only OEM parts put back on my 4 runner. After the insurance company only allowing aftermarket to be used my 4 runner looked like trash. Nothing matched up, things rattled & moved and I had just bought it in September! As you can imagine I was extremely upset. Andrew helped my husband & I fight the insurance company to ensure my vehicle was put back together with OEM parts! After 4 months my 4 runner looks like it did the day I bought but it took us standing up to the insurance company. Thank you, Andrew & the team of Parker auto body for helping us fight for what was right & for getting my 4 runner back to like new condition.

I’ll take my 5 stars back…….I brought my vehicle to Parker Auto Shop in 2023 and after picking up my car, I noticed issues with my headlights, it was so dim compared to before. I called the shop shortly after and TRUSTED what they told me at the time. Later, I had another mechanic inspect the vehicle and I was curious to see why was my manufacturer lights so dim? unfortunately I was informed that the headlights did in fact appear to have been swapped. When I contacted the owner again about the situation, instead of professionally addressing my concerns or trying to resolve the issue, he became angry, argumentative, and eventually hung up on me. I’m not “just starting stuff” — I trusted the shop initially and only pushed the issue further after getting the truth from another mechanic confirming something was wrong.   I gave the owner an opportunity to explain or make it right, but the situation was handled very poorly and he refused to take accountability and blamed people who change my oil. Like seriously??? I can literally watch what they’re doing. I’m leaving this review so others can be cautious and document everything when dealing with this shop. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right after repairs. UPDATE in response to the owner: Nice try, but the math and the physics do not add up. First, a 2022 vehicle is 4 years old, not 5. Second, factory LED headlights do not magically degrade and transform into weak, yellow halogen bulbs due to "age." They are sealed electronic components built to last over a decade.Furthermore, because my SEL is fully loaded with the front camera/radar safety package, those sensors are embedded directly into the front bumper framework. Replacing the bumper required a total teardown of the front wiring harness right next to the headlight assemblies. They had full, direct access to the entire lighting system during the repair. To be absolutely clear: No other mechanic or shop has touched or repaired my lighting system since you completed your work. The owner is just deflecting and hoping future customers don't understand how vehicle electronics or repair timelines work. I know exactly what premium factory components belonged on my vehicle, and they are no longer there. Stop lying to the public. LAST REPLY TO OWNER: My vehicle is a Hyundai ELANTRA , not a Sonata. The fact that your technical arguments and 'in-process photos' belong to an entirely different vehicle model proves you are not even looking at the correct records. Thank you for confirming this lack of attention to detail for the consumer protection agencies currently reviewing my complaint. I am ending this online conversation. Any further communication from this business will be added to the formal consumer complaints I am currently filing with the appropriate regulatory bodies and review platforms.

Don’t waste your time or money with them. I had great experiences with them a couple of years ago on two different occasions, but recently it was the complete opposite. I took my vehicle in, paid the diagnostic fee, and they agreed to keep my ticket open until I returned from work after the 20th so the repairs could be done then. A couple of days before the 20th, the lady called, and we confirmed we still planned on bringing the vehicle in. After that call, she went ahead and closed our ticket anyway, with no explanation. We even called before making the 45-minute drive to their shop to make sure it was a good day to come in, only to find out the ticket had already been closed. They said they would try to work something out for their mistake, but I never heard anything back. This ended up being a waste of time and money, and not a business that stands by their word. I hope nobody else has the same experience.
