  Great customer service. I was able to get a quote and a time estimate super fast. The lady answering the calls was super sweet and very helpful, and the tow truck guy was really nice as well. I did mess up and give the wrong location, so it took a little longer for them to get to us, but that was completely on me. As soon as we corrected it, they arrived within about 10minutes. Overall, super quick service. The price was also reasonable. If I ever need a tow again, I’d definitely call them back!

  I recently had a blow out in Winsboro, LA over 150 miles from home. No one could get the tire off my car so I entrusted AAA to find me a tow. After hours of waiting on a tow I grew frustrated and annoyed and scared because I had a child with me. This company eventually picked up the call! Not only did they do that, the owner reached out to me and reassured me they were in route and soothed my fears and concerns and pulled up in the nick of time! Also Kodi or Codi the driver was heaven sent! He was very polite, kind, and generous. He even stopped so we could get food! The environment and company felt very safe to my nervous system and we slept the entire way back home!! I would recommend them a thousand times over! Thanks you Hemphill’s and Kodi!! I really appreciate your business!! If I’m ever in need I will most definitely will be contacting them every single time!! -Nancy G

  Recently used this company to have my car towed from Swartz to Bossier City. I called 4 other towing companies and they were more affordable and their customer service was fantastic. I won't use any other company for future needs!

  I broke down at 5am and they were the ONLY ones willing to help me I was an hour away and even with them being down a record they made sure to make me feel safe the lady stayed on the phone with me the entire time updating me on where the driver was and I would a 1000% recommend Gordon Hemphill towing
