  Reserved a full size suv for a family vacation months in advanced when time came to pick up rental they had none available and was trying to give us a smaller vehicle

  There are mixed emotions about my experience and satisfaction with Enterprise. West Monroe LA location is 5 star however Monroe, LA would not get a star at all! So with this 5 star it is solely on West Monroe LA location. Erica and Stephen were amazing and truly saved the day. Reservation was made 4/8/26, Tuesday was at the location and confirmed my reservation, Wednesday called and verified everything was set and still good and when I got to Monroe to get the car Thursday, they did not have one. It was over 2 hours when Erica in West Monroe saved the day and our trip by having a vehicle for me. I was late getting my grandbaby because Monroe has 0 care or respect for others time and was promised a discount due to all of the trouble and did not get that from then either. Monroe location is horrible!! Take my advice, go to West Monroe and save yourself the heartache.
