  I have been in a rental over a month and everyone in The West Monroe Enterprise office has been incredible! They are so friendly and accommodating and will help you in any way possible. They have bent over backwards to help me and I appreciate it so much!

  We rented a car from West Monroe, Louisiana Enterprise Rent-A-Car.. the service was very good people were very nice and friendly very helpful, we will choose Enterprise Rent-A-Car every time .

  We first tried to rent a car from the airport office of National Car Rental in Monroe Louisiana which was a disaster. After reserving the car online, we waited for almost 4 hours in the airport for the office to reopen at 9 PM, only to be told by a very rude and apathetic desk clerk (who didn’t even arrive to reopen the office until 9:40 PM) that he, “didn’t have any cars,“ and to “come back at 9 AM tomorrow.“ We knew this wasn’t true, and we tried for quite some time to reason with him, but he actually said that he would not help us. With no other option we booked a room at a hotel, and I reserved a car for the following morning with Enterprise. The ladies who helped us there were incredibly polite, friendly, and very helpful. The process actually couldn’t have gone any more smoothly than it did. Excellent customer service from Enterprise. The next time I need to rent a car whether for personal use, or for business, Enterprise will be at the top of my list.
