  5 stars for Stephen Fuselier at West Monroe La branch he went above and beyond and quickly helped and I got to my son's graduation in time. Ok so ran into a snag at 940pm on the way back I had a tire explode and called roadside assistance , they got the vehicle but couldn't give me a ride back so I had to pay out of pocket for a ride back ,,, 0/stars for safety on roadside assistance, .. the next day I went up there and talked to Stephen and he made me feel better and understood the situation assured me I would get my deposit and the money I spent to get someone to take me back ,, and got it all the next day 10/10 for him just because of him and the wm location I will be going back again , but hopefully they work with me next time on the way roadside assistance handled that situation, maybe some credits or something or they can look into adding spares instead of fix a flats .. Stephen 5k star worker out of 5 .. now roadside assistance did get the car and all but def should have other protocols for rural areas that don't have Uber .. ty again Stephen Fuseller

  Enterprise has always given me A+ service, they are courteous and take good care of their customers. The location on Cypress Street in West Monroe has the friendliest and most helpful employees. I will always choose Enterprise fir my car rentals.

  The staff was nice and they tried but i made a reservation two months ago for certain car to pick up at 8 am and it wasn’t there. Was not gonna be for hours seems like this should have been taken care of days before.

  The staff consistently delivers top-tier customer service. They work incredibly hard and never give anything less than exceptional—truly deserving of raises or bonuses for their dedication and effort.
