I called and spoke to Chris, explained what had happened and that he had a truck showing on their website I was very interested in. He confirmed they had the vehicle and assured me that the key to that truck would be locked in his desk drawer until I could see it in person the very next day. I arrived the following day where I met Chris and he introduced me to Collin and the rest of the Dantin Team. I'm pleased to say that they made my decision to leave in a brand-new truck from Dantin quite easy. Bigger dealerships might throw out some catchy ads or promises to get you there, but it's totally a sales tactic. I'll stick to the smaller family-owned dealerships that when they sale a vehicle it's not just about getting it out the door, it's about we would love for you to come back. Thanks Chris and Collin for making my buying experience a positive one!!
