But the service I got from Keisha was great and professional when she was on the clock she kept me informed and it was a great help and it was a sign of relief. I highly recommend this place and for ppl that read these to not follow these ridiculous bad reviews. I personally saw these guys in action with confrontational customers. Everyone leaves this shop happy even if it’s a repair that they don’t service.

After oil change my car is running rough. No top off on the windshield wiper fluid so ended up smearing bugs all over my windshield on the highway w/ no way to see. Paid for tire balance & rotation. Got my car back w/ oil change & air tire lights still on dash. Trying to figure out how to reset. My fault for going to a tire place for oil.
- RRRyanMay 5, 20261.0TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Dropped our car off for one tire replacement and an oil change. Quoted us $180. Showed up once the “job” was done and the price was now $280. They tried to scam my wife into getting all four tires replaced….. the tires have 20,000 miles on them. STAY AWAY from these crooks. DO NOT PAY CASH!! The extra money will go in their pockets. Go anywhere else but NTB. I won’t mention the things going on in the back….smelled like a Cheech and Chong movie set.
