I like the convince of the service this company offers. Although my tech had a difficult time following directions to get to my location. The GPS always brings people to the wrong location. I gave the same directions that I give to everyone else. This guy had a time. He did his job correctly and also had great patience tho.

Safelight was the only vendor to choose from when I filed an insurance claim for a new windshield on my vehicle. On 2 occasions where I scheduled an appointment with them, I sat in their lobby for 3-hrs each time before they got to my car only to be told that the glass had not been revived through their 3rd party. TWICE! For my inconvenience I was told BY THE MANAGER that that they would waive my deductible once the windshield arrived. When the windshield finally arrived at their store, and was replaced on my vehicle they charged me FULL PRICE even though the MANAGER had promised to waive the deductible, because of “insurance”. This was information being told to me from the receptionist because I guess the manager realized that they screwed up but didn’t have the guts to come and explain it to me. To top it off, I had made already made 2 out of 4 payments through After Pay that they said they could not see on their end and for me to call After Pay customer service. This place is a lying racket and did not do anything to compensate me for my lost time and their lack of accountability for checking that the windshield arrived had arrived before even scheduling me. This place was out of town and took me 30 min each way to get to and from, add that to the two 3hr wait times. There isn’t even a button on google review to report the number of hrs lost. I would NEVER make a recommendation to anyone to use their services. In fact I want to speak with the owner and/or the regional manager for this location.
