  Purchased May 11, 26. Since ownership I’ve had around $1,000 in repairs needed. I’ve asked multiple times for information on warranties that the finance manager insists I keep, but after a week of asking I have not received any documentation. Not satisfied with the hassle of asking to receive something I paid for.

  Great experience! Sales rep worked hard to find the truck I was looking for. He found it at another dealership and then worked out a swap arrangement to get my truck. I have never witnessed a sales rep work so hard to not only meet my expectations but exceed them. Great team to work with. I’m glad I gave Mike Willis Ford a chance to earn my business because, in my opinion, I got a great deal on the great truck.

  Just great service all around today! I hit a culvert and flattened two tires. They came and put my spar on and brought an extra to get it into the shop. Within two hours I had two new tires and an alignment! Incredible service. Highly recommend.

  I have an ongoing issue with my Explorer ST. Although the initial purchase at this dealership was not very satisfying, they have gone out of their way to accommodate me with this ongoing problem I'm having with the vehicle. We are now in"Lemon Law" territory. The vehicle becomes virtually immobile about once a month with the entire breaking system failing. It happened again this Friday. Although they didn't have a loaner vehicle available, they went out of their way and provided me with a new King Ranch F150 to use. I had plans to get my son in Houston and this was very helpful. By the way, this King Ranch is an amazing vehicle. By far the best vehicle I've ever had in 40 years of driving.

  Brought my car here 2 times to get aligned after I bought it. I think the car drove worse after the 1 alignment so I called them back and brought the car back to them 2 days later free of charge. The car still pulled to the right and did not drive much better after the second alignment. Then I brought the car to another alignment shop in lake Charles and they fixed it and said things where off on the front driver side tire and the car drove completly straight after it was fixed. The guy who did the alignment job at Mike Willis the second time handed me my keys and said the car drives straight. I get in the car within in 2 mins I can tell the alignment was off. I think Mike Willis needs to pay for my alignment job at another shop because there service was awful.
