  We had THE BEST experience here. Cody Rolfe was our salesman. He is great! Highly recommend Cody! We drove 2 1/2 hours to see them. We pretty much did everything over the phone so when we got there it was quick and easy. Well worth the drive!! We will be back in the future if we ever need another vehicle.

  Mike Willis Ford was exceptional! The salesman, Scotty Fontenot is the nicest guy. He really worked with me to get a vehicle. Asked all the right questions. Made me feel welcome and called me back to make sure they had what wanted. Hunter Rozas worked to get me a great deal and his patience was over the top. Though I didn’t get the vehicle I would definitely recommend this dealership for people in the Lake Charles Sulphur area. You’ll enjoy your experience and get a great deal! Thanks guys for all the help. Sorry it didn’t work out. It was all me, nor them!! ❤️

  I brought my Expedition in with a dashboard blank display issue. Tessa quickly had a technician looking at my vehicle to determine the problem and put me in a loaner vehicle until the issue was found and resolved. Great service, friendly staff, and overall great experience!!👍🏻

  Requested appointment to have recall for backup camera addressed. After being given appointment for vehicle to go to dealership I was contacted and told it could be done by mobile tech. Mobile tech worked on it for an hour and indicated it would in fact have to go to shop. He said they would contact me with time to bring it in. After allowing 4 business days never received any contact from dealership. Called to see about having appointment and had leave message with what sounded like an AI bot. Still haven’t heard back from them
