  Nate is my ABSOLUTE go-to salesman! 😂👏🏽 He’s not pushy, doesn’t pressure you, but he will DAMN SURE get the job done! I bought my car with him, then my daughter’s dad went and purchased his, and now here we are BACK shopping again! 😂🚗 That alone should tell you everything you need to know! Good customer service will keep people coming back EVERY TIME! I’ll recommend Nate and the entire team at Mike Willis over and over again! 10/10 experience! ❤️

  Second vehicle I’ve gotten through ford the first one I had so many problems with. When it was brought in I was told there were back orders for the recalled parts. After the run around for over a year the motor finally blew up. Couple years later now I was on the hunt for a larger suv to fit my large family of 5 kids I was shot an offer on a used expedition. Not a discount offer but just an are you interested in it offer. After looking at the suv I did fall in love with the perfect interior condition and pretty much excellent exterior condition. For a decent price. After driving it off lot I found valve covers leaking and transmission problems. I brought the suv to the service department, after dumping it onto my extended warranty and it being covered. Thanks to the most excellent customer service and representative Mr. Joshua of the service department. This man was a light at the end of the tunnel for my suv problems. He was the most friendliest person at Mike Willis ford. He came off extremely honest and kind which is hard to say about lots of dealership schmucks in that line of work. He talked to me almost everyday of the very long stay my new suv had at the mechanic shop of ford. He is a incredible worker and the only reason I would consider keeping my service work with ford is because of Mr. Joshua and having a service representative like that is what keeps business coming and happy even if the problems with the vehicle keep coming. My suv was repaired and seems to be doing good. But I left with assurance and great hospitality from Mr. Joshua in service department. If he was selling cars off the lot I probably would have left the two more vehicles.

  I am very please and happy with Mike Willis ford. They got my truck in and out quick and didn’t even question my concerns. The staff was amazing to work with and they treat everyone like family. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new car or truck this is the place to go.

  First and foremost JOSHUA BRADY needs a pay raise and a kiss right on the mouth from the management. He pushed and worked far above and beyond what I've seen from anyone in a long time. I was running into nothing but trouble with my extended warranty and Josh went to bat every day every time until it was resolved. It's hard to find good people like him trust me. If I by from Mike Willis again it would be in large part to Josh.
