They did a great job with installing my new set of tires , a competitive price and even though they were working at 7:30pm they still were polite and helpful.
Megan helped me at the front desk and kept a very courteous and professional attitude, and even though I called and edited my order twice they never showed any irritation. Highly recommend!

Don't ever change. Solid 5's are woefully inadequate to express my appreciation to the Mavis team. My daughter was on a cross-country trek from Tennessee to Texas, and I met her in New Orleans to caravan for the final leg home. In the pouring rain on I-10 she hit a pothole and then her tire pressure warning light came on. We got the tire changed, but who wants to drive 300 miles on a donut? After an online search looking for a place that would be still be open by the time we could get there, late on Saturday afternoon of Labor Day weekend, we found Mavis right down the road in Sulphur. We rolled in right around 4:30, knowing they closed at 5. They were friendly as could be, and understood that we were kind of in a bind. I thought we were looking for a simple patch but it turns out the tire had a bubble and needed to be replaced. My dude was apologetic that he didn't have a matching brand in stock, and in fact had exactly one tire our size. Sold! The entire team was great, kept us informed of progress while we waited, and never once complained about staying half an hour past closing time to take care of us. The price was fair, the people were kind, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend.
