They must have new management, bc the 2 females running things are awful, and will run away business. Been paying $85 , on the same 2 vehicles,I usually do it for my mom's vehicle, but wasn't in town . I told her we have a military account and it's recorded . I sent her ,they charged her $120, "Could not find my account . Obviously someone there is not recording accurately ! " When I called to take care of the matter . They didn't care , rude , unprofessional, would not give a credit , void , and redo? I was hung up on while I was still talking and had to recalI. I asked for corporate and they had no information! Then they tell me at the end of a conversation. The military discount is not a percentage anymore , only $10. They took advantage of a 70 year old woman, when we could have gone somewhere else and paid $40 less and been treated with respect'n If you want rude unprofessional service this is your place ! I gave you a chance to make things right and you refused!
