  Really quick and efficient. They go above and beyond in the oil change.. Terrell was very nice and helpful. Bummer on the car wash though. It was a real incentive to get the oil change here.

  Pathetic, sat in line for 40 minutes with 2 cars in the bay. tech told me we are working on getting them done, 2 trainees and 1 tech, 1 went to lunch and one went to the bank. had a very bad attitude like to bad. completely unprofessional. after 45 minutes I just backed out and left with 2 other cars. Will not be going be back.

  Techs identified correct oil and oil filter prior to executing oil change on a gmc diesel truck. Very informative, professional, and knowledgeable. Very pleased with outcome.

  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline on Front Street thanks to Brandon, the manager. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me. He took the time to explain the services, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. What really impressed me was that Brandon showed me how to find a coupon online so I could save money. That level of honesty and customer care is hard to find these days. The savings from the coupon helped offset the fact that Valvoline no longer includes a car wash, which I greatly appreciated. Instead of simply processing my service, Brandon went the extra mile to make sure I received the best value possible. It's refreshing to meet someone who truly values customer service and treats people with kindness and respect. Because of Brandon, I will definitely be returning to Valvoline for future service and recommending this location to my friends and family. Thank you, Brandon, for your outstanding service! You are a tremendous asset to Valvoline and a great example of what excellent customer service should be.

  Okay, change in ownership, no more car wash, guess i should have gone back before the change. My problem with them I agreed to change my wipers but for 30 bucks each are you kidding me? Thats after he said he was giving me a 15% discount!!! Do not come into slidell to rip us off!!! (Add on) .. oh wow just looked at the photos, stock Vavoline photos, shinny cars, and one with 3 bays, it is not this store for sure. Do better, show some real pictures!!
