  They were fast and friendly. After the repair was done, the technician brought us our keys and explained everything he did. It was a very easy and pleasant experience.

  DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE On 7/27, I had a scheduled appointment to have two small chips repaired in my windshield. A technician arrived and began working on my vehicle. Before proceeding, he advised me that he was required to inform me that the chip could spread during the repair, although he stated that it “probably wouldn’t.” After attempting the repair, he informed me that he had been unable to get the windshield to a cool enough temperature beforehand which caused the chip to spread. He then advised me that there was nothing further he could do, handed me my keys, and left. The damage that occurred during the attempted repair due to the negligence of their technician has now resulted in the need to replace my windshield, as I now have a crack extending from the driver’s side to the passenger’s side, directly in my line of sight. Their staff should have advised me to reschedule after determining that the temperature of the windshield was not suitable for repair, rather than continuing with the repair and waiting until the damage had already occurred to inform me. I have made multiple attempts to contact the store and customer service. Customer service informed me that my service ticket had been deleted and made two additional attempts to contact the store directly. I was told that an email would be sent to the store manager and that I should receive a call back by EOD. Despite this, I have still not been contacted by anyone from this location.

  Great experience at the Slidell shop. The facility was clean, the team was professional, and the windshield replacement was completed on time as promised. The installation looks solid and high-quality. Highly recommend this location.

  Safelite was easy to schedule an appointment and even came to my job site for the repair. Roy was the technician and he was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and always in contact with me about what he was doing from start to finish. I would recommend Safelite and will use them in the future if needed

  Scratched my hood, windshield sprayer won’t work since repair. It’s been over a month since I initiated a warranty, they came to see damages and still haven’t heard anything. I call to follow up and they say I’ll look into it and call you back. I called again yesterday told the lady I’d be going through a bad area I might lose her to call me back if so. While I’m on hold waiting for her to get my answers I dropped the call and she never called back. I’m tired of calling an 800 # sitting through an automated answering system and waiting forever to get a human on the phone and that human never solves anything. Next time forget the convenience of coming to me I will bring to a local shop.
