The general manager, Amy, was one of the most disrespectful, rude, and condescending managers I have ever encountered. The way she spoke to customers was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not belittled. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this store. I have a hard time believing this is the level of service that represents the RaceTrac brand. I hope corporate takes this feedback seriously and pays attention to how customers are treated, especially when management believes no one is watching. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect. Please tell AMY to be a better human!!!
