  I am extremely dissatisfied with the work performed by BBC Auto and Collision Pro. I spent approximately $1100 to have my bumper secured back into place, my side rocker panel replaced and painted, and repairs made to my undercarriage. When I picked up my vehicle, the side rocker panel was noticeably a different color than the rest of the car. The paint did not match properly, which was disappointing considering the amount I paid. Additionally, I paid to have my undercarriage repaired, but it appears that only part of the work was completed. To make matters worse, less than a month after the repairs, the same bracket that I originally brought the vehicle in to have fixed came apart again. For the price charged, I expected professional, lasting repairs. Instead, I received incomplete work, poor paint matching, and a repair that failed shortly after I got my car back. Overall, I feel the service was overpriced and underdelivered. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. Waste of time and money I wouldn’t even let body by cook service my lawn mower or my weed eater
