- PIPamela IdSep 2, 20265.0I had my car accident september 2025. I initially had my car repaired by Gerber Collision and Glass because it was close to where i live. After i got the car back it was still not totally repaired. Gerber was no help and I didnt know where to turn. I was finally referred to Collision Pro...Rob is the owner. The insurance company put me through all sorts of crazy stuff...going to different auto shops to get various opinions, tests, and repairs. Rob did his very best to help me, guide me through different processes, and didnt charge me anything. My car was finally totaled in June, 2026 because it couldn't be repaired. Go see Rob at Collision Pro. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile, (miles in my case). Best decision you will ever make if you need your car repaired. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
- MHMiami HowardJul 11, 20265.0Went to the BBC to get my 2001 Tundra partially painted: tailgate and wheel fenders. They matched the paint perfectly, and it looks great. Fair pricing and gave me a ride home after I dropped off my truck. This is the shop to go to!

- DKderrick kingMay 30, 20261.0I am extremely dissatisfied with the work performed by BBC Auto and Collision Pro. I spent approximately $1100 to have my bumper secured back into place, my side rocker panel replaced and painted, and repairs made to my undercarriage. When I picked up my vehicle, the side rocker panel was noticeably a different color than the rest of the car. The paint did not match properly, which was disappointing considering the amount I paid. Additionally, I paid to have my undercarriage repaired, but it appears that only part of the work was completed. To make matters worse, less than a month after the repairs, the same bracket that I originally brought the vehicle in to have fixed came apart again. For the price charged, I expected professional, lasting repairs. Instead, I received incomplete work, poor paint matching, and a repair that failed shortly after I got my car back. Overall, I feel the service was overpriced and underdelivered. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. Waste of time and money I wouldn’t even let body by cook service my lawn mower or my weed eater
