I’m assuming he was the manager but the black man with the dreads/long hair runs a tight ship! He is a natural leader and was consistently urging the other workers to work with a sense of urgency which I APPRECIATE! He was making sure they were doing their jobs proficiently to get everyone through in a timely manner which is the whole point. It gave me a sense of trust that my truck was being taken care of and everything was done quickly, professionally, and correctly. The only negative thing I can say was that after my oil change I went to Walmart and as I was leaving, backing out, the splash shield fell off which was pretty embarrassing! I only get my oil change at valvoline because my company has a fleet account but every single time I get my oil changed, no matter which location I go to, the splash shield always either partially sags or completely falls off. Apparently it is damaged so I’ll get a new one that will hopefully not fall off again.

Anthony and DJ are awesome! They were friendly, courteous, respectful, and quick. They got me in and out in no time. I’m so thankful for all their help, patience, and kindness. If you need your oil changed stop by to see Anthony and DJ.

I’m a regular here for my oil changes, and the customer service is always great! The staff is down-to-earth, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond. I enjoy the laughs and conversations every time I come in. They have great deals, and the service is always fast! Overall, an awesome team with great people. Highly recommend! 😊

I was with my fiancé getting oil /filter change in her 2020 jeep wrangler, wasn't long after I noticed oil in garage and driveway, look under jeep and sure enough the oil filter was dripping with oil and for the percentage on dash the oil doesn't look like they changed it, I have done my own oil changes on my trucks and show car fir 20+ years and I know better. Pittman needs to double check the torque specs. If the filter would have came off the BBB would be contacted or take photos to KSLA to Stacy Campbell Investigate and lawyer. You spend over $120 for oil change and get this poor quality of work. I personally torque to spec, wipe everything down clean, when I preform my oil changes. Which none of above was performed.
