- KDKatrina Davis1 day ago5.0Alan was very helpful. He kept me informed of everything that was going on. The entire crew was polite and made my time pleasant. Derik, was very helpful as well. Wonderful team!
- RWRenitta Williams1 day ago5.0Kev is an awesome Manager. He is very attentive and the crew at the Pines Rd location were also professional, kind, thorough and knowledgeable about the needs for my vehicle. Although the prices are higher, I continue to choose Valvoline for the great service they provide
- AWAnnie WilliamOct 7, 20261.0I have been going to this location for close to 10 years. I was VERY disappointed on this visit. They broke my mother's and my stick that holds the hood up. I had to check my own lights, request for them to change my tires and did not reset my oil settings in my car. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!! NEVER
- DMDawayne MurphySep 22, 20261.0I pull up to get an oil change and all the workers started screaming at me telling me NO. I pulled up at 5:30pm and they all just stood around. So I bagged out and left. If anybody goes here I pray for you. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO PINES RD LOCATION and what’s crazy I work down the street from them.
- KDKevin DeArmanSep 18, 20262.0Thanks for using power tools on my drain plugs guys. It's real nice that now I'm going to have to spend more money to fix what you guys broke. And I have now wasted half a day on what should be a 20 minute process because of incompetence and I'm still not done. I might never come back, and I have been using this location for close to a decade. But guess if your the only people who can get the plug off, your the only person who can do the oil. (Follow Up: I appreciate the reply, but I'm not interested. You have likely lost my business forever. I'm leaving this review up, because one of your employees did a dumb and it's a learning opportunity. I'll remove it in a period of time though cause I was pissed off when I wrote this, but I'm not petty. It did take me about 3 hours, 2 broken cheap ass Chinese sockets wrenches, and eventually a 5 foot break bar to undo this shittery. Added a star cause I reacted harshly, and at the very least every time someone has acknowledged me they have been nice.)
