- MSMelanie SamuelAug 23, 20261.0I'm VERY disappointed, I had the oil changed and it took a long time three cars came and went with services done. They finally finished with me and now my air conditioner isn't working. I went back and of course no accountability from them. They apparently knocked something loose or did something. That's why I think it took so long. They didn't say pull back up and just let me look. NOTHING was said other than it could be my compressor. I disagreed. My car/air was perfectly fine. I need some accountability from VALVOLINE!
