I would give them no stars if it would let me. I will never go back to this business and I will tell everyone I know never to go this place.

No one seemed to know whether already like that or tech didn’t get socket seated right before trying to unscrew filter cap. Manager said I need to go buy new oil filter cap and bring back. Said they would install

- SJScott JonesJul 30, 20261.0Arrived at site, after about 15 minutes of them draining oil at least I thought they were, checking air filter and other fluids they walk up and said they didn’t have the tool to remove oil drain plug, that they had to go and get it, another 15/20 minutes go by, tech shows up with tool, drained oil, then as I watch the girl tech put oil in, the nozzle wasn’t in oil fill maybe five to ten seconds surely not enough time to pump 6 quarts of oil in engine, then tech ask me to start engine I start ran around 10/15 second turned off they checked my oil, tech brought dip stick to me and said your good, I told him there’s no oil on it check again, he checked again an again, then the realized it was full, drained oil out and refilled it this time it was good, an hour or so later I left, worst experience ever for a simple oil change.
