  I was not please with the service. I always check under my hood after any oil change. On this day I checked under the hood and the screw from the air filter was not bolted in the screw hold and when the I gotten home my check engine light can on. On the next day I went to let them know and the service wasn’t pleasant at all Rhea’s not there fault and thus and that and said taller it to Auto Zone to let them do a diagnostic test on it. I was told they could have did a diagnostic test themselves. I waited for about 10 minutes before anyone came out that second time I went back to Valvoline. I was told that they may have knocked a hose a loose and told them exactly what was said. They did not.care, I will not be patronizing them anymore, and I will put the word out with my family and friends about this Bert Kouns location or any. I was not pleased at all.

  It was not a very pleasant experience. Everything was fine except the mechanic is not very well trained and the glove box was dissembled to check the air filter, unfortunately he could not installed it properly and the clip dropped to somewhere and not found. The manager was called (since he was absent) and we left with the glove box widely opened, waiting for the manager ordering a clip

  As a returning customer, I expected a higher level of care and accountability during my visit. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of those expectations. I came in for a routine oil change on a company vehicle, and while Maddox was courteous, he was training a new employee at the time. During the service, I was informed that the oil cap had been accidentally knocked off and lost. This resulted in a significant delay while another employee had to leave the location to search multiple auto parts stores for a replacement. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the way the situation was handled was disappointing. I waited on-site for an extended period with minimal communication and only a bottle of water offered for the inconvenience. I was told, “we will take care of the oil cap,” which felt like a given, considering the part was lost during the service. There was no meaningful effort to acknowledge the time lost or the inconvenience caused. During a follow-up interaction, Azari mentioned that something could be discounted on my next visit. However, given the experience, I expressed that I would not be returning. Her response of “ok,” without any attempt to resolve the issue or retain me as a customer, was disheartening. Overall, this experience lacked professionalism, urgency, and customer care. As someone who has returned in the past, I expected better accountability and service recovery. Unfortunately, this visit has led me to reconsider using your services in the future.
