  Took my vehicle there for an oil change and tire rotation, worst service ever! Travis and another were very rude! My truck came back to me with transfer marks along the Right rear door down the bedside. When I called to let them know, not ask them to pay for anything. I was told it didn't happen there, which is BS cause it has not even a mile on it since it left there. I will never use this place again!

  My granddaughter recently purchased her first car, and I truly believe Dawson Ardoin deserves to be recognized for the way he handled the entire experience. He took the time to answer all of her questions and even spoke with my husband and me while she was shopping. He was patient, calm, professional, and never once pressured her into anything. He made her first major purchase feel exciting instead of stressful. What really stood out was that his service didn’t end when the sale was complete. Dawson personally delivered and installed her floor mats so she wouldn’t have to get out in the heat. To Dawson’s management: you have something special in this young man. Employees with his level of patience, honesty, respect, and genuine care for their customers are hard to find. He has earned our family’s trust, and when it’s time for us to purchase another vehicle, Dawson will be the first person we call. Morgan Buick GMC has a great salesman in Dawson Ardoin, and I hope his hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed.

  I made an appt on Thursday and had to wait until Monday or Tuesday of the following week for vehicle to even be seen. What’s point of appt if it won’t be seen that day? Got vehicle back and alignment is still off, tire was low on air (I took a picture) and steering wheel is no longer straight but can’t bring it back because I can’t arrange to have no vehicle for a week again. I thought they did through inspections on each vehicle, for one, to make sure people are safe and no what’s messed up and two, to get an extra sale. Very inconvenient. Jeff was nice though and informed me when he had information.
