  Honestly, I'm looking for a shop that I can trust and know that when I bring my vehicle in for repairs, all repairs will be completed. Well this is not the case. Brought my wife's vehicle in this morning for brakes, shocks, CV joints, alignment, and brake fluid flush. Since they've had her vehicle for about 8 hours, I received the call the vehicle was ready. Let me back up, the service writer had good communication and did contact me throughout the day which I appreciate. So moving forward, we arrived and after paying nearly $4000 in parts and labor, I started to inspect their repairs, but I'll get back to the repairs in a minute. I'm going to harp on the labor, which is $158 an hour and you would except a premium job. Which I personally think is a little over priced for this area. So I pay the bill and walk outside and do an inspection, and find that the brake fluid was not flushed, and the front counter person tells me I will have to bring it back tomorrow. Now, I have to make more arrangements again to go back up there to have a service preformed that should have done in the first time. I do not believe this company will be my trusted shop I'm searching for.

  Came in thinking I would need a whole tire replacement but after a quick in and out visit it was a simple valve stem replacement which cost me almost nothing. Thanks Mavis!

  I came to Mavis for a wheel alignment and spoke with ZI, she was a great help and assisted me with a quote for my repair. I appreciate her services and outstanding customer service.

Stephen was so helpful, kind, and professional, and I truly appreciate the wonderful service I received from him and the rest of the staff.
