  Picked up a nail on a long road trip. Managed to roll into this shop. They were super quick and helpful. Got us back on the road in about an hr and a half despite 1 tech on shift (near closing). Really appreciative and straight up pricing. Darin was super helpful.

  Great Service by Mr. Bryon and crew. I scheduled my Free tire rotation and balancing . During the inspection it was found that one of my stems was leaking air. Mr. Byron replaced the stem free of any additional charges, which was greatly appreciated. Tomorrow I am scheduled to drive to Dallas and could have very well had a flat tire. Thank you, and I will be returning Customer

  I went in to get two tires installed on my dodge truck I was going to sell the truck. My truck is in excellent condition I always had regular oil changes and fluid change outs on a regular basis. I have had no problems with my truck it was just in the shop having everything checked and was in total excellent running condition. I take it to Mavis Tire on 70th street Shreveport and they bring my truck around the guy says you have a bad transmission, I thought he was joking with me . I get home and my transmission is leaking fluid, they sabotage my truck. Don’t go there. I would not even give them one star but I had to do I could post

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE! GO SEE THESE GUYS! I cannot say enough good things about Mavis Tires on Pines Road in Shreveport! After the experience I had yesterday, they truly went above and beyond—and reminded me that there are still businesses that genuinely care about their customers. 👏🏽 My tire went completely flat on my way to work, and what should have been a simple tire change turned into an all-day ordeal. I waited hours for roadside assistance, only to find out that the technician couldn't remove my tire because I didn't have the wheel lock key. Then I had to wait even longer for a tow truck. I initially went to my dealership, Landers, thinking they could help. Unfortunately, I was looking at charges for removing the wheel lock, a new tire, installation, and additional fees. I also contacted Mavis on Airline, and they were extremely helpful and had already worked the price down to $138.90, but they weren't able to remove the wheel lock. The tow truck driver recommended Mavis Tires on Pines Road and told me they could take care of everything. I decided to give them a try—and I am SO glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, helpful, and welcoming. They removed the wheel lock, installed my new tire, rotated my tires, and took care of everything I needed. And here's the part that really impressed me: THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME TO REMOVE THE WHEEL LOCK! 🙌🏽 After everything I had been through that day, their kindness and professionalism meant so much to me. And the total was only $138.80 for EVERYTHING! That is what I call OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 If you're looking for a tire shop where you're treated with respect, the staff is knowledgeable, and they actually take the time to help you without trying to nickel-and-dime you, GO TO MAVIS TIRES ON PINES ROAD! I walked in stressed out and frustrated and left feeling like I had finally found a tire shop I could trust. Mavis Tires on Pines Road has officially earned a customer for life! ❤️🚗 I will absolutely be returning for ALL of my future tire service needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs tires or tire service. 5 stars isn't enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
