  Came into Mavis with a valve stem leak and Byron was proactive with my situation. My wife went to another shop and they just put air in the tire and sent her own her way which is crazy, but Byron at Mavis took care of it asap.

  Darrin Thompson provided outstanding customer service from start to finish! My family and I got a flat on our way to the family farm (Houston to Missouri). We stopped at Mavis Tire and Darrin jumped in gear & took care of everything without any hesitation. He was professional, friendly, and made the entire experience quick and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about their customers and gets the job done right. I highly recommend asking for Darrin if you visit Mavis Tire.   They replaced my tire after it blew out. That’s what the photo is of. I just walked in and told them it went flat. Very good service. Fast. Got all 4 tires replaced for $559.06. They give a 10% military discount that is on the tire price only, not extra services (miscellaneous shop supplies charge, Mavis tire recycling charge).

  Shoutout to Mavis Tire & Brakes for rescuing me from my unexpected side quest of becoming a roadside mechanic. I rolled in with a flat tire and zero knowledge beyond "yep… that one is definitely flatter than the others." The team quickly fixed it, got me back on the road, and never once made me feel silly for my complete lack of tire expertise. Fast, professional, and efficient. My tire is healthy again, my stress level has dropped dramatically, and I can continue pretending I know how cars work. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who enjoys keeping all four tires equally inflated.

  I had a leak develop as I was traveling back to Atlanta from Texas. I was hauling a 30ft. Gooseneck trailer loaded down, so the situation was dire. The staff at this location was AMAZING! They took me in, diagnosed the problem, and had me back on the road in an hour or so. I was extremely lucky to find them when I did. Top notch service f4om the manager and the entire staff! Thanks again!
